We MUST Bend Congress to OUR Will

We'll watch Madison's amazing video very carefully together below. Alone with a few general comments, we have three other sources to consider today as well. But watch Madison first, in full.
2) Getting ready for today's thread, I watched Madison again, and found myself in need of more clarity about how the Presidential Election is certified. Google was even more unkind, and it was a struggle. But finally I found the right attack on the search.
3) With this search, I found 3 articles, all with the same focus, which is on VP Pence's role and recent statement on topic. The articles are almost identical, so you only need read one of them. We're not going to analyze them in detail, but they are worth perusing.
4) As you may know, I enjoy finding stories about our side in the MSM with their slant. I often turn the WashPo for such things, and today's 1st article is from them.

washingtonpost.com/politics/congr…
5) Second, this one hardly counts, but I should have said 4 stories, not three. Here's CNBC.

cnbc.com/2021/01/02/11-…
6) This is more fun. I find the Brits have what is often both a very clear (if highly slanted) angle of attack on our stories, and almost always pristine writing. I can hate what they say while loving the way it was said!

bbc.com/news/election-…
7) I saved the best for last. I don't often blunder into stories about us from India, but I always love them when I do. After we carefully watch Madison, we'll come back to these stories and snag what we need from them.

hindustantimes.com/world-news/exp…
8) Some general thoughts now. Why have we failed at court so far? My surface level answer, more assumption than analysis, is that the courts are just that corrupt. This may not be the right answer, and it may change, yet. But still, why?
9) Recalling all our study at J.E. Dyer @OptimisticCon's feet, we know that legislatures are the Main Effort and that court cases fall into the Secondary Supporting Efforts category. Remember? The Key or Primary Supporting Effort is Cyberwar and Intelligence based.
10) As I understand J.E.'s perspective the main purpose for all the court cases was to get evidence out into the open, and to keep the case for the #Election2020Theft front and center. I do believe we've had limited success there. I'll clarify.
11) If you parse the other side's ever-changing set of attacks, you'll note they used to attack:

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE

This has, to my eye, faded. You still hear it, but the new attack is:

YOU LOST ALL YOUR COURT CASES

I believe that shift is quite positive for us.
12) To my eye, these court case losses has also helped to galvanize our side for the fight we face in the Main Effort, at legislature level. Our side is uniting and the success of the secondary supporting effort at judicial bar has been successful on that count.
13) Still, I am requesting guidance. Is there anyone out there with an overview to the judicial path at a high level, commenting or explaining the state of that effort? I'm sure there must be, and any pointers toward the best of them will be greatly appreciated.
14) We'll come back to the state of the evidence both while we watch Madison - his presentation is stunning! - and when we glance through our 4 stories. But I do have to yet again mention General McInerney's 10 Commandments To Save America.
15) The perpetual question is: if this election was stolen - we know it was - and yet Congress fails to address the steal, if it refuses to #StopTheSteal, what then? How will we feel on January 21, if Biden is in the Oval Office and we failed to heed General Mac?
16) Obviously, for better or worse - better means General Mac's guidance proves NOT necessary, worse means it proves he is right - we will return to that topic in coming days. Between now and then, check out @KimKendall3 action thread here!

17) In fact, @KimKendall3's thread is the action platform we need right now for every aspect of our #StopTheSteal #Overturn mission.

And with that, I've got Madison up on my other screen and will commence slow, careful watching and commenting right now.
18) The amount of fraud we should allow in an American election is zero. Madison's very first act as a Member of Congress will be to:

OBJECT TO THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE CERTIFICATION OF THE 2020 ELECTION
19) 2 Irrefutable Facts:

1) Your vote is sacred in America
2) Voter fraud is common in America

Thousands of recent instances of election fraud. Some led to the overturning of election results.

The 2020 election violated our Constitutional right to a free and fair process.
20) Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of our Constitution places the full and exclusive responsibility for determining presidential electors onto state legislatures. (J.E.'s Main Effort).

And that means State Election Laws must be followed!
21) Were state laws followed?

No, they were not. Madison is about to give us a list of breaches. I won't catalog them and I do have to pause on the judicial aspect here. This will take a little bit of time...
22) Perhaps what we're seeing is that state courts and state legislatures do NOT properly live up to their checks and balances, Constitutional obligation. A governor or a secretary of state breaks election law. A case goes to state court. The court does NOT uphold the law.
23) "The law perverted! And the police powers of the state perverted along with it! The law, I say, not only turned from its proper purpose but made to follow an entirely contrary purpose!
24) "The law become the weapon of every kind of greed! Instead of checking crime, the law itself guilty of the evils it is supposed to punish!" ~ Frederic Bastiat, The Law, 1850

Go again. A governor commits a crime. HIS state courts do nothing but protect him. Simple.
25) Back to Madison.

Election laws were either broken or simply ignored. Critical list of egregious, gross and flagrant violations given in battle ground state after state.

Fraud using mail-in voting has led to dozens of criminal convictions.

Fact check that. Go to, gang!
26) At just after the 4:00 minute mark, and Madison now gives us a list of flagrant violations of state election law:

1) Massive Late Night Ballot Drops
2) Corrupted Election Technology
3) Illegal Counting Practices
4) Dead Voters
5) Mathematically Impossible Vote Irregularities
27) This fraud, if cured, would lead to a totally different outcome. And remember, Madison tells us, there have been thousands of criminal convictions for election fraud.

1,000s? That's got to be a story. Who tells that story in full?
28) Constitutionally, again, it is SOLELY state legislatures who bear election integrity responsibility.

NOT:

1) State Courts
2) Governors
3) The Media, and most certainly NOT
4) Facebook, or
5) Twitter
29) Rolling into the close at a bout 5:00 minutes...

Congress CAN and SHOULD eject the electors when elections were not held in accordance with State Law, or when elections results are corrupted.

Madison demands election integrity, devoid of fraud.
30) The sanctity of our vote is the only thing separating us from tyranny.

If we don't act now, our votes will become meaningless.

Our republic will crumble and the America we know and love will be forever lost.
31) Do NOT let these bastards cancel YOUR voice!

The amount of fraud we should tolerate in our election is zero.

And THAT is why Madison will object.
32) I had forgotten about Madison's wonderful RNC speech. I just watched it again in it full 4:14 minutes. The youngest member of Congress in over 200 years. The same age (25) as James Madison when he signed the Declaration of Independence.

33) Freedom OF Speech. NOT Freedom FROM Speech.

Be a radical for our republic, for...

WHICH I STAND.

Amen.
34) I don't recall the last time I saw so extraordinary an act of physical symbolism. What does it mean for a man who cannot walk, to stand? I find I can't walk away from Madison's work without reposting my favorite passage from scripture - Ephesians 6: 10 - 20.
35)

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
36)

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
37)

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
38)

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
39)

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
40)

20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
41) We have to turn from Madison's stirring inspiration, living up to St. Paul's role model as he does, and look to practical Congretional moves in this coming week. I have to let his voice ring and reverberate a bit more, first, so it's time for 2nd pot of coffee.

Back shortly.
42) The ever-phenomenal @KateScopelliti posted a cogent paragraph from Tom Fitton, here:

43) "3 U.S. Code § 1: "The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed in each State on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in Nov..." On Election Day @RealDonaldTrump had the votes to win but vote totals changed by unprecedented counting AFTER Election Day."
44) Why don't we all think the way Tom does, the way Madison does? Well, it is perhaps the best news in America today that @realDonaldTrump is leading all those of us, his followers, to reground ourselves in our Constitution, and the meaning of our elections and vote.
45) I just checked, and the number I see for Madison's video is 3.6 million views. That's amazing, as far as it goes. But why is our reach still that small? For my part, I truly wish every American citizen would watch these 6 minutes. Don't you?
46) We turn now to our four redundant articles, each having a slight difference of attack. I'm not expecting grand revelations, but I am dedicated to this story. Here's why. As you can tell, I consider Madison's video to be a flawless proof. The election was stolen. Period.
47) With that established as our now-starting point, what happens next? Each of these articles comes straight to that point, and we owe it to Madison to stay the course with him. What do we do next? First up is WashPo. I LOVE the headline!

washingtonpost.com/politics/congr…
48) "Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) announced Wednesday that he will object next week when Congress convenes to certify the electoral college vote... — a move that will force a contentious floor debate that top Senate Republicans had hoped to avoid."
49) Can you feel it? Top Senate Republicans hope to avoid this contentious debate. How in MAGA America are these bastards still Top Senate Republicans? Do you realize we're 10 years into this terrible mission? That's right. MAGA dates straight back to the Tea Party of 2010.
50) I don't know if we need to jettison the Republican Party or not. But we do need to ask, and ask, and ask, why are you NOT, as a caucus, all watching and retweeting Madison's video? The first rule of combat is to know your enemy. Top Senate Republicans. Be warned. We see you.
51) We learn that VP Pence will preside over the vote. WashPo is certain that Biden's victory will be confirmed, but, "By law, if any member of the House, joined by a senator, objects to the electoral college slates, both chambers must debate and then vote on the contest."
52) A nice quote from Hawley:

“At the very least, Congress should investigate allegations of voter fraud and adopt measures to secure the integrity of our elections. But Congress has so far failed to act,” Hawley said."
53) I like Hawley, I do. But, Patrick Henry is in no fear of having his historic thunder stolen. "At the very least...?" This is NOT how you call for an historic transformation. I'm not thinking we can leave it to our Republican Senators, even the best of them.
54) "JANUARY SIXTH, SEE YOU IN DC!" They quote Trump, but pay no heed whatsoever to the impact of protest. Immune, they think, to the true vote, they're also immune to the voice of the people expressed in any way, they think. Trump thinks differently.
55) Oh, oh, listen to this!

"Votes next week could be particularly difficult for GOP senators up for reelection in 2022 who have publicly said they believe Biden won the 2020 election."

Be still my fearful heart. Now I'm ready to surrender. Yeah, let's fight for 2022 right now.
56) The next several paragraphs are too boring to actually read. But, now the plot thickens again:

"Hawley’s move will also increase pressure on Pence, who will preside over next week’s proceedings."

This is important.
57) Consider these:

#WhereIsVPPence?
#WillYouFightForUsPence?

You can do better than me. The point is we're at an action moment. We elected VP Pence to his office for just this moment. It is his job to stand and fight. Linger with me on that point, now.
58) Has Pence retweeted Madison's video? If not, why not? If so, point to Pence. Can Pence's DC-schooled mind capture the significance of this moment? Or, will he end up another has been like John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney, oh, and John McCain?
59) The Samurai teach us there is no dishonor in dying on the battlefield, even if you failed to take the hill that was your mission. It's not hard to do. You simply refuse to surrender. If you're defeated, then defeat took you and you did not snag it from the jaws of victory.
60) Were I advising Pence, I'd have him give an address to the nation on the nature of vote fraud in this election, the evening of January 5. I'd have him look straight into the camera and pledge us, the American people and the free people of the entire world, that he'll fight.
61) So what if the Washington Post dooms such an endeavor to certain failure? We don't know that. They're not our master. Besides, so what if they're right? We need to know we fought for election integrity with we are. I ask, does that include VP Pence's true fight...or not?
62) Before we leave the WashPo and its lying ways, we should note that the last paragraph is patently false. The slightest viewing of the Georgia Legislature's hearings on topic proves that beyond the shadow of a doubt. I simply respond, shredding ballots is, indeed, a problem.
63) In addition to its headline, I love CNBC's picture here. That's the Pence I want to believe in. In the modern world we've come to worship solely on the altar of leadership, never doing the simple math. If everyone's a leader, who, exactly, are they leading?
64) Oops, forgot to hit you with the article link here in context. Here it is again, and GREAT headline!

"Pence welcomes GOP senators’ desperate effort to delay certification of Biden victory"

cnbc.com/2021/01/02/11-…
65) I love desperate men and women, desperate souls, furiously ready to go the limit all the way to the wall. And isn't it interesting that neither the headline, nor the picture of Trump and Pence make it into the link? In propaganda, nothing is ever by chance. Ha!
66) If I ever come to love Pence, it will be specifically because he does NOT have to see himself in front of Trump. There is a phenomenon called The First Follower. It is absolutely worthy of your attention. Check this out.

67) This week, we will learn whether Pence is Trump's first follower or not.
68) I like this quote:

"However, Pence’s chief of staff Marc Short said the vice president “shares the concerns of millions of Americans about voter fraud and irregularities in the last election.”
69) “The Vice President welcomes the efforts of members of the House and Senate to use the authority they have under the law to raise objections and bring forward evidence before the Congress and the American people on January 6th,” Short wrote in a statement Saturday."
70) The only other point of interest in the article to me is the emphasis on the term: delay. CNBS intends this as a diminishing statement, but I disagree completely. A delay may be merely tactical, but it may also have tremendous strategic significance.
71) Here I turn to my main man Mighty Mitch. I don't think he has the slightest clue of the rage, the wave of fury he's about to get hit with from our reawakened people. We are no longer the silent majority, and the sleeping giant has had some morning covfefe and is ready.
72) Should Hawley, Cruz and Pence, together with the House Republicans representing us succeed in a strategic delay, the ball gets bounced from DC back to us in the heartland. If that happens, after our million man march on the 6th, we must get to McConnell. Seriously.
73) We must zero in on his office with a deluge of righteous indignation the likes of which no modern politician has ever faced. No, I'm not talking about illegal acts like garage door graffiti and blooded pigs heads. I'm talking about every possible use of our voice, legally.
74) Here I go again, again encouraging you that you can do better than me...

#ComeOnMitch
#DoTheRightThingMitch
#StandForElectionIntegrityMitch
#StopTheStealMitch

Do your worst, friends (by which I mean best). This will be our moment, if we get that needed delay.
75) I want to finish up on that note, so, tell you what, I will go back over the BBC and Hindustan Times articles between now and tomorrow morning, and see if we need any of their information. They really do present it all very differently. Give them a read if you can.
76) I've repeatedly mentioned how little I ever learned about how votes are counted before this election. Also, about the needed conflict between our branches of government and how they are failing us by not living up to the job. Remember above, corrupt complicit courts?
77) What exactly are Mighty Mitch's powers in all this right now? How exactly does the Senate play into the election decision? It always seemed as simple as TV analysis desks calling the election the night of. That needs emphasizing again.
78) I always thought an election was broken into two parts: the campaign and the vote. The vote was done on one day, and called on TV. This was an absolute assumption base that I didn't even realize was there. Only now have I learned that "the election" takes weeks to complete.
79) New to this study as I am, I mistrust my early leaps of thought. Still, to my unlearned eye, Mighty Mitch is actually that, mighty. If he were to alter course and do his job to stand for election integrity, that to me seems like the single most leveraged decision right now.
80) Here's another!

#HeyMitchWatchMadisonsVideo!

Who knows Mitch, as in literally? How do we get his attention? Yes, let's shout and shout and shout out loud some more. But let's also build some strategy. Maybe we can recruit Mitch. Possible...maybe?
Thread ends at #80.

What Will Pence Do Tomorrow?

Both @annvandersteel and @KateScopelliti put forward this story, last night. It is an important story we must consider carefully.

nationalfile.com/backroom-deal-…
2) Close readers of these daily threads will recall @realTomPappert from our recent conversation where he joined us briefly. On December 3, Tom had posted this story.

nationalfile.com/exclusive-whit…
3) Others were involved, but Tom's story on that memo had very real impact. In significant part, I credit it with Representative Louie Gohmert's suit that hoped to enforce Pence's obligation to ensure a voter fraud free election. You have to give Tom real street cred for that.

I Listened To The Entire Interview...

And so should you! I'd rather it were just the interview itself, from NO news outlet, but when I checked at YouTube, it was only News channels' postings I could find.

2) For this morning's comments, I can only focus on the high level, as I only have a short amount of time in which to do so. I hope you find these general remarks helpful. If possible, I may come back add in some detail, later in the day. Off we go, now...
3) Trump is not only STILL Trump, both for better and for less better, he remains almost exclusively a business executive and NOT a politician. At every step of the way I heard the Chief Executive Officer, the President and Founder of the firm, speaking. This is CEO speak.

@realDonaldTrump Tells Us: STOP THE STEAL & DEFEND OUR ELECTIONS

Just 2 hours ago, our great @POTUS posted this link:

secure.winred.com/save-america/e…

This is the only fight that matters today.
2) You've heard the cynics psychoanalyze @realDonaldTrump since he and Melania came down the escalator. They'll tell you today that Trump knows he has lost, and is only manipulating us in order to raise money. Yeah, they've called everything so correctly, haven't they?
3) In case you're new to my analysis, I do employ sarcasm freely, and I hope you can hear my tone dripping with it above. There is no means of leadership Trump will leave on the table as he prosecutes his personal mission to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain. Fundraising matters.

The Forward View + A Table of Contents For Our J.E. Dyer @OptimisticCon's 10 Threads

To be sure, happiness in this New Year's moment has an even more ephemeral feeling than usual, and perhaps by a good deal. Yet it is here.
2) We are taught in the martial arts to do something called "punching through." When learning to break wood slats and such - I never made it past styrofoam - the idea is NOT to punch the slat but rather THROUGH it, to a point about 6 inches on the other side.
3) These first 3 weeks of 2021 are indeed the slat in front of us. And our victory joy, should we taste it, will be on the other side. Can you picture Trump's 2021 State Of The Union speech? Can picture the media uproar when they discover that we will NOT surrender to the steal?

Comments on @OptimisticCon's Article - Part 3

As I forgot to give the link to the article, yesterday, let's get that covered right now!

2) And here's yesterday's 85-tweet thread. Do mind that Twitter breaks it at #31. You have to hit "show replies" and then my bandaid shows up, where I reattached #34. Click on it and you should be able to go the distance.

3) I'm not sure how the spirit will move me tomorrow morning, but assuming I can finish up our last 9 slides today, I may see if I can't organize the entire suite of threads I've completed on J.E.'s 2 articles to date. We'll see, but that's what I'm thinking right now.
