.@PILFoundation applauds the .@USSupremeCourt
for taking an important case involving #California’s donor disclosure laws. The Foundation previously filed an amicus curiae brief in support of the Americans for Prosperity Foundation’s .@AFPhq petition.
"[#CA's donor disclosure requirement is an ideal weapon] for those who feel the need to build target lists or ‘cleanse’ the nation of ideological viewpoints differing from their own," J. Christian Adams.
"PILF’s prior brief outlines a staggering record of donor harassment and attacks that could seem quaint in the present day. We look forward to further briefing the Court.” J. Christian Adams @ElectionLawCtr
"PILF’s brief cited 12 examples where donor disclosure laws or efforts were leveraged to fuel personal attacks against otherwise private individuals." J. Christian Adams @ElectionLawCtr
"Privacy protections were officially violated to achieve the end result. Supporters of both charitable and political ventures have risked [threats of violence], commercial boycotts, and personal ruin."
.@NOMupdate learned its unredacted 2008 Schedule B was posted on an opposing group’s public website. The IRS later admitted to “improperly” releasing the document to a private individual contrary to federal law.

[#ElectionManipulation] has always been high on the list of Democratic party priorities. That is why you saw HR1, which would make everything you saw in this election legal.
“Centralized elections with official oversight are the gold standard. SPLC should stick to smearing people and stay out of election administration litigation.”
.@splcenter’s leaders did not launch this effort out of the goodness of their hearts. @HelloCTCL efforts helped create an urban turnout machine that may have made the crucial difference in the swing states.
.@Reuters [published] a 3,000-word hit piece, entitled “Special Report: How a small group of U.S. lawyers pushed #VoterFraud fears into the mainstream.” The article is riddled with errors.
.@PJMedia_com .@HvonSpakovsky @Reuters: “Right-wing donors” gave conservative groups $6.5 million [supporting] #ElectionIntegrity. [It] fails to mention that left-wing donors gave liberal groups about $600 million to attack state election integrity laws. bit.ly/32QQ0AW
PACEI dissolved not because it failed to find anything, but because it never had the chance, due to lack of cooperation from states and the left’s lawfare, which was eating up all the time of the staff assigned to the commission. bit.ly/32QQ0AW
.@PILFoundation, an #Indiana-based #ElectionIntegrity group, conducted a nationwide study to identify the hundreds of thousands of deceased individuals on voter rolls.
During its analysis, @PILFoundation also found that nearly 40,000 likely duplicate registrants "appear to have cast second votes in 2018 from the same address."
