Adv Amogh Singh appearing for Sood requested his statement be recorded that he will comply with the order within 10 weeks.

Court refused the same.
Court: Corporation will assist people who are diligent not people who sleep over their rights.

Court has dismissed the interim application.
#BombayHighCourt has dismissed the appeal and all interim proceedings filed By Sonu Sood pertaining to the notice issued by BMC alleging unauthorised construction on his residential property.

BMC can now proceed to act on the notice they have issued.
