Youth Bar Association of India has a filed a plea in #SupremeCourt today against the #BombayHC order stating that act of pressing the breast of a child aged 12 years without removing her top will not fall within the definition of ‘sexual assault’ under Section 7 of POCSO Act
BREAKING: Youth Bar Association states that "observations, concerning the modesty of a girl child, which are not only derogatory and defamatory but the same are also in utter disregard to the applicable laws."

The petition states that observations made in the impugned order would have the wide impact on the entire society and public at large. If, the said observations are not set-aside or expunged, it would lower the repute of the entire nation.

#BombayHighCourt will begins hearing the plea of #BhimaKoregaon accused Dr. Varavara Rao for grant of bail on medical grounds along with his the plea seeking Court’s intervention against violation of his fundamental right to health.
