We expected that the decision at the highest level will be taken. This is a routine affidavit filed. You should file something which is presentable: Supreme Court to Centre.
ASG SV Raju, appearing for Centre agrees. Raju says decision was indeed taken at highest level. Says new affidavit by a higher level officer will be filed.

SEBI had held that the ICICI loan agreement and the two VCPL loan agreements contained clauses and conditions that substantially affected the functioning of NDTV.
