🚨SEDITION: The rally pre­ceding the #TrumpInsurrection was arranged and funded by a small group, in­clud­ing InfoWars’ Alex Jones and major Trump donor/@Publix heiress, Julie Jenk­ins Fan­celli—who donated $300,000 to bankroll the rally.🤬

Jones per­son­ally pledged >$50,000 in seed money for the #sedition rally in ex­change for a “top speak­ing slot of his choice.”

Jones also helped arrange for Fan­celli to give ~$300,000—via a top Trump campaign fundrais­er—that bankrolled the lion’s share of the $500,000 rally.
Fan­celli do­nated >$980,000 in the 2020 elec­tion cy­cle to a joint ac­count for the Trump cam­paign and @GOP.

Much worse, she bankrolled the #Sedition rally to protest the election results that kicked off the violent coup attempt at the Capitol.🤬

I used to shop frequently at @Publix here in #Florida. However, now knowing that one of its major shareholders bankrolled Trump’s rally that incited the seditious coup attempt, I will shop elsewhere.

‼️JNJ's #coronavirus vaccine's efficacy against moderate/severe #COVID19 was 72% in the US, but only 57% in South Africa where 95% of cases were the B.1.351 variant that's more contagious & has mutations allowing it to evade vaccine-mediated antibodies.

The upside: JNJ's #coronavirus vaccine was 85% effective against severe #COVID19 across all geographies and all variants. That trend increased over time, with ZERO severe cases in the vaccinated group after day 49.
JNJ's #coronavirus vaccine only requires 1 shot - a big advantage over Moderna/Pfizer - and provided 100% protection against death from #COVID19.

Bottom line: it's very good and "works," but will help us fight this virus, especially in lower-risk people.

🚨SEDITION: after top DOJ officials threatened to quit in protest of Trump’s plot to oust Acting AG Rosen, Trump pushed @TheJusticeDept to ask the SCOTUS to invalidate @POTUS Biden’s victory.

Yet another attempt by Trump to overturn the election.🤬

🚨SEDITION: Trump plotted with Jeffrey Clark—acting head of DOJ’s civil division—to oust & replace Acting AG Rosen & wield DOJ’s power to force #Georgia lawmakers to overturn its election results.

DOJ department heads then said they’d QUIT in protest.

Their resignation pact helped persuade Trump to keep AG Rosen—calculating that a furor over mass resignations at the top of DOJ would eclipse attention on his baseless accusations of voter “fraud.”

‼️Only 30% of the >550,000 doses of therapeutic #coronavirus antibody treatments (Regeneron, Eli Lilly) have been administered to patients.

Many eligible, high-risk #COVID19 patients missed the 10-day window due to delays in getting #COVID test results.🤬

Another hurdle: Until this week, there was no nationwide system to tell people where they could get the drugs that take hours to administer via IV infusions. Finding space to separate #coronavirus-infected patients from others is difficult in some centers slammed by the pandemic.
Now, all states must list sites on a federal locator map that have received the #coronavirus monoclonal antibody drugs. The map shows wide distribution, but doesn’t guarantee availability or access; #COVID19 patients still need to check.👇🏼
