PASTOR ENOCH ADEBOYE: 40 YEARS AS SHEPHERD IN GOD'S VINEYARD.

Pastor Adeboye and his ministry are very well known in Nigeria and globally.
The @rccghq currently existing in nearly 200 countries in the world with over 50,000 parishes worldwide.

Today the Redeemed Christian church has perhaps the largest auditorium in the world with capacity to sit 1million congregation.

Pastor Adeboye, perhaps one of the humblest pastors in the world inherited only 39 branches from the founder Pastor Fadayomi in 1981.

Pastor Adeboye is renowned globally. Some few years ago he was featured in @TIME as one of the 100 most influential persons in the world.

I was privy to a private conversation where former British #PM, David Cameron, called pastor Adeboye, "Daddy G.O.", as a matter of fact.

Here in Nigeria, Adeboye must rank in at least 1 of the 5 most influential persons.
When you listen to him talk about his historical background & life, you will inevitably come to the understanding of the magnificence of God's Grace & the unlimited ramifications of God's Mercies.

Pastor Adeboye himself claims nothing as personal achievements. For he had been forewarned by God directly NEVER to do so.

But in truth Pastor Adeboye is a man that God has bestowed greatness upon, physically, materially and spiritually.

Adeboye's life story is one of the greatest attestation and eloquent testimonies of that scripture : "...seek ye first the kingdom of God and all other things shall be added to you."

Indeed as God told father Abraham "In blessings, I will bless thee." God has indeed bless the Adeboyes and they are wonders to behold.

Through Pastor Adeboye, the Almighty God has wrought several wonders, healings, deliverance from demonic oppressions & even raising the dead by the pastor himself & even by his followers with other articles of faith, like handkerchiefs & anointing oils blessed by Pastor Adeboye.

Of course pastor Adeboye like all mortals is a human being and not God. Therefore it cannot be surprising that if scrutinised closely he must have faults and from time to time must have made errors of judgement or even outrightly made statements that may be considered wrong.

Unfortunately, we Christians by the scriptures are not to condemn our spiritual leaders. Rather, we are enjoined to give honest advise & admonishments with love.
Non Christian's who curse or disparage men of God publicly are unwittingly inviting the wrath of God upon themselves.

Typical examples were the young people who derided Elisha as he was returning from the mountains after the departure of Elijah. They were all devoured by lions. God always confirms His ability to defend and protect His own.

I have heard people query that christian spiritual leaders like Adeboye, do not perform such miracles or magic that can for instance drive away Corona Virus from Nigeria instant.

Many confuse christian prophets, pastors and evangelists with OCCULTIC magicians. The christian God is the God of all, and unto whom belong all powers, seen and unseen. But he abhors his children to engage in acts of OCCULTISM.

He actually curses those who engage in occultism, sorcery, necromancy, witchcraft etc. These powers are resident in the kingdom of dark ness and all they do in that kingdom is to compete with God Almighty.

The kingdom of light (Jesus Christ) has much more prowess than mere magic. But we as Christians must surrender in faith to Him and allow His will in all situations.
When it was necessary to part the red sea to save His children, He did it.

Even, He stopped the Sun briefly in its track to favour Joshua and the Israelites in a major war they had to win.

"Who is like unto thee, o God?"
Which god on earth or heavens can we compare with JEHOVAH? NONE!

I rejoice with @PastorEAAdeboye & his wife, @PastorFAAdeboye on the occasion of their meritorious service and shepherdry in God's vineyard these past 40years.

Daddy & Mummy, May you continue to live in God's Presence and as Generals in the Lord's Army, keep going on from victory unto victory in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
