‼️SCOTUS’ #CitizensUnited ruling allows UNLIMITED, ANONYMOUS money to support political campaigns—aka #corruption—so we don't know all who bankrolled the rally that led to the deadly #TrumpInsurrection.

Just like 2016 Trump’s campaign.

The really bad part about DARK MONEY: *no one* other than those directly involved with funneling the dirty money into campaigns knows who’s bankrolling.

It could be a US billionaire...or a foreign national. Once the $$ are here in the US, it’s easy to funnel $$ into politics.🤬
Jeb Bush’s Super PAC got nailed with a YUGE $390,000 fine for soliciting >$1 million from #China nationals.

The Citizens United ruling LEGALIZED #corruption, loosening rules to allow hostile foreign powers to launder $$ to support US political campaigns.🤬

DARK MONEY—including the right-wing “No Labels” group bankrolled by a MURDOCH—has corrupted Democratic primaries, installing right-wing “Democrats” in safe blue seats.🤬

🚨BREAKING: Fulton County #Georgia DA Fani Willis is probing @LindseyGrahamSC’s phone call with @GaSecofState Raffensperger as part of a CRIMINAL investigation into Trump’s alleged CRIMINAL attempt to flip the election results.

🔥During their conversation, Graham asked @GaSecofState whether he had the power to toss out all #MailInBallots in certain counties, Raffensperger told @washingtonpost. He said Graham asked him to improperly find a way to set aside legally cast ballots.

That’s a #felony.🤬
‼️Graham is sitting in judgment on Trump on a charge that cites Trump’s call to Raffensperger, while Graham HIMSELF is a person of interest in a CRIMINAL investigation of his own call to Raffensperger.

Graham must RECUSE.🤬

🚨BREAKING: @WHO team is investigating cases of ~90 people hospitalized with #COVID19-like symptoms in central #China in October 2019—2 months BEFORE Beijing acknowledged the 1st #coronavirus infections in #Wuhan in late 2019.

#China conducted #coronavirus antibody tests on about 2/3 of those patients in the past few months, and said they found no antibodies. But antibodies could have waned to undetectable levels during the year-plus delay.🙄

The WHO team urged #China to conduct wider tests on blood samples collected in autumn 2019 & held in blood banks around Hubei—#Wuhan’s province—to find when the #coronavirus 1st circulated. Chinese authorities said they hadn’t yet obtained necessary permissions to test samples.🙄

🚨AWESOME: Prosecutors in #Georgia have launched a CRIMINAL investigation into Trump’s attempts to overturn election results, including a phone call to @GaSecofState Raffensperger in which Trump pressured him to “find” enough votes to flip the results.

Fani Willis—the Democratic prosecutor in Fulton County—sent a letter to numerous GA state officials, including Raffensperger—asking them to preserve documents related to Trump’s call. The letter **explicitly stated that the request was part of a CRIMINAL investigation**.💥
The inquiry makes #Georgia the 2nd state after New York where Trump faces a CRIMINAL investigation. And it lies in a jurisdiction where potential jurors are unlikely to be hospitable to Trump—Fulton County encompasses most of Atlanta and overwhelmingly supported @POTUS Biden.😎

🚨BREAKING: Voting machine firm #Smartmatic files $2.7 million libel suit against Fox News, Fox hosts, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani for their coordinated disinformation campaign to convince the public of rampant election “fraud.”

Smartmatic’s suit follows Dominion’s similar lawsuits against Giuliani and Powell, accusing both of spreading false claims for self-promotion and a shot at flipping the election. Dominion alleges Giuliani promoted the conspiracy to hawk gold coins, cigars and supplements.🙄
🔥Smartmatic’s attorneys have counted “dozens” of references to the smear campaign on Fox News. They say that the false claims made repeatedly and echoed by the Fox hosts is evidence that Fox News was “actively plotting with Giuliani and Powell to disseminate the conspiracy.”

Jones per­son­ally pledged >$50,000 in seed money for the #sedition rally in ex­change for a “top speak­ing slot of his choice.”

Jones also helped arrange for Fan­celli to give ~$300,000—via a top Trump campaign fundrais­er—that bankrolled the lion’s share of the $500,000 rally.
Fan­celli do­nated >$980,000 in the 2020 elec­tion cy­cle to a joint ac­count for the Trump cam­paign and @GOP.

Much worse, she bankrolled the #Sedition rally to protest the election results that kicked off the violent coup attempt at the Capitol.🤬
