This entire letter in typical Savarkari language can be read in "Samagra #Savarkar Vangmay (Complete #VeerSavarkar literature ) (Volume II)" pg. 194 to 196.

Patriots may think that #VeerSavarkar was released immediately after this letter which was written in 1914, but that's not the case.

Many revolutionaries were released from Andaman in Dec. 1919 amidst nationwide protests, but British reiterated #Savarkar brothers as +

... as "dangerous conspirators" and they didn't budge to release #Savarkar and his elder brother Babarao.

In May 1921, tremendous pressure forced the British to shift #VeerSavarkar from Andaman's "Kaala Paani" to a jail in Ratnagiri and then released in 1924 under some terms +

#VeerSavarkar was confined to Ratnagiri district until 1937. Finally he was released after 27 long years
