Liban slept around 1030 last night and woke up at 5 AM this morning; the last 1.5 hours, he was on his bed relaxing occasionally checking Facebook and other media but generally relaxing ; he did not follow any principle of wake up or sleep time.
He will follow this principle; sleep between 9:3p-10:30p depending on drowsiness, however wake up time is not negotiable,
5:AM; this will impose rational order on sleep; if he is tired he can go to bed early if not later, however wake up time is not negotiable
Liban is exercising now and his system is administrating aversive stimuli, anxious feelings around the chest and pain on the left side of the brain to decrease the probability of exercise now and in the future. In the absence of observation and reflection, he may comply with this
Liban does not have nutrition plan that he follows, like preparing healthy foods; he eats easy to cook foods or eats from outside; he eats a lot too, gaining weight and failing multiple times to lose weight; he will come up with healthy meal and weight management plan.
The biggest insight is awareness of the applied aversive stimuli( by your brain or some other unconscious part of you) to reduce the frequency of behavior, such as exercise; if you aware of it, then you may continue and actually reward the behavior by relaxing for instance.
Liban is now putting work and reward working process philosophy into practice.
Liban focused, stilled and listened to the humming sound. He is now getting a lot of work done. He has not learned anything at all; the reason for this is not known; perhaps he was not reflecting.
Liban learned to pay attention to triggers( events that stress people or cue them to use some coping skills such as distraction) and early warning signs for high screen time consumption; having plan to deal with such matters helps one reduce time and energy claimed by screens.
Liban practiced remaining calm despite stressful situation by using optimal breathing, microcosmic circulation and being assertive. He is less tired now and has a lot of energy.
Without the skills of relaxation, it is harder to problem solve, during irritating and stressing situations; it is probable that one might make more mistakes and create more problems than solve them. Moreover, the human brain, parasympathetic systems, works when it is relaxed.
Liban focused again and learned that triggers are events that are stressing people ; if one notices this event, then one ought to figure out a way to deal with it. Otherwise, Liban wrote, one may respond to it by using old ineffective means of coping with such stressors.
Liban spent last few hours socializing with family members; time well spent; he will focus now and report.
Liban remained calm; he was meditating a lot; now, he had added tai chi practices; this helped him remain awake moment to moment experiences without running away from it.

Liban has not been focusing well for the last two days; he learned that he needs to relax before he sleeps by journaling his day; he presented tension and pain at the chest, heart pounding and difficulties with breathing. He remained awake for almost two hours on his bed.
Liban was supposed to update this page before 7:30 am; that is $5 fine; he is now updating it. Please claim this $5 in the next 4 hours. Liban was not distracted nor did he focus strongly, by listening to the humming sound and by remaining still and getting more worn done.
The fine was paid because of Liban’s failure to update this page in two hours; Liban is not listening to the humming sound and he is not stilling the body; however, he was getting a lot of work done; Liban now must listen to the humming sound, still and get work done or pay fine.

Liban slept at 9pm last night, but could not sleep until an hour to hours later; this may have been failure to shut off the blue lights from his cellphone and computer; he fixed this by setting to them to shut off hours before his sleep time; he woke up feeling a bit tired.
To liban, work is workout; initially it is difficult, so you have to warm up before you exercise; even then if you have not been exercising for a while, you will face difficulties of sustaining exercise; in any case, everyone needs break from exercise to exercise again.
Liban feels discomfort when he is focusing to do assigned work; he notices it and continues the work; he no longer bows down to discomfort by quitting what he is doing; he marches forward with determination; this helps him build stamina to do even more work in the future .

Liban woke up at 2 AM well rested; he slept 9:30p; think about that for a moment; this is a man who woke up after 8.5 hours of sleep not fully rested; why? he simply limited his exposure to the blue light coming from his cell phone and computer; he ate well too.
Liban did not sleep 9p last night, wake up at 5a & browsed after he woke up rather than exercise; each of these mistakes has fine of $5, $15; as promised above, anyone who follows this writer and has a cash app is eligible to claim and get it right away; no one is claiming it.
8:28p, Liban is feeling well rested. He will work and report within every two hours.

Liban slept eight hours; when he woke up, he was still feeling tired and he had strong desire to continue to sleep. Liban does not understand why this is the case; is it because he did drink a lot of caffeine and less water yesterday? Is it because he did not exercise yesterday?
It appears within two hours update ended 45 minutes ago; this would entail giving away $5 to anyone who asks for it; Liban learned that he needed to stretch after he wake up and then exercise; that will help him wake up and start productive day.
Liban is presenting much abhorrence to focusing and getting work done; he also presented tiredness and unwillingness to get work done; he prefers to think about how in the world he is going to finish tasks before him. He decided now to focus one task at a time.

Liban woke up with small headache; he slept more than eight hours but he still feels tired; he hopes that his day is going to be a great day because he will focus and get work done by stilling his body, listening to the humming sound and writing what he learns and observes
Apparently, Liban did not update this accounts within two hours; if you request $5, this writer will send it; he promises; Liban learned that sleeping 8 hours is the best way to develop tendencies to still the body and by implication the mind.
Liban decided to complete his outstanding work by choosing a deadline and then getting done or failing to do so, pay fine. He will increase the fine if continues to fail to get the work done on time.
