Le village de Longtan, montagneux, dont la plupart de jeunes choisissait de travailler en ville était bien reculé.

En mai 2017, le projet de réduction de la pauvreté « design culturel & tourisme » a été lancé dans le village de Longtan où on prenait une série de mesures

telles que des points pilotes pour la création culturelle, l’instauration d’incubateurs pour la culture et le tourisme, l’amélioration d’infrastructures, la rénovation de vieilles maisons et l’innovation, etc.

Le village vide est devenu aujourd’hui célèbre et les habitants ont pu multiplier leurs revenus et sortir de la pauvreté.

屏南县熙岭乡龙潭村入目即是风景，入心便是归处。一眼望去，青石板路，小桥流水，黄墙黛瓦沿溪而建，村中“颖水三墩驻，西溪七拱桥”美景，让人流连忘返。入夜时分，弥漫着醇厚酒香的民居中，珠圆玉润的“四平戏”曲声扯出了惬意时光，所谓小桥流水人家也不过如此。

中国的民居文化源远流长，被作为一种凝固的艺术与文化载体保留至今。曾几何时，龙潭村邂逅了“外出大潮”，原本1400多人口仅余200多人留守。

如今民居文化兴起，龙潭村又恢复了往日生机，村里古厝修复一新，村中人丁兴旺，公益画室、四平戏博物馆、黄酒博物馆等焕然一新的院落，既保存了传统风格，又融入新的现代气息，龙潭村成为令人瞩目的“网红村”。

Longtan village in Pingnan county, Ningde city of Fujian province, was a provincial-level village mired in poverty.

Since May 2017, driven by a project to boost the traditional village and cultural and creative industry, Longtan village introduced talents, helping promote the program of rural vitalization, save old houses and revitalize the ancient village.

Hu Wenliang, from Ji'an city, Jiangxi province, is one of the talents introduced by the village. Hu invested more than 600,000 yuan ($90,240) to build a cultural and creative space, which formally opened in May 2020.

During the National Day holiday, the site received nearly 800 tourists.
Now, more and more villagers and college graduates are beginning to return to their hometown from outside the village.

They either rent courtyards, or work in cultural and creative industry projects, or run restaurants, homestays or traditional handcrafts.
In 2018, Longtan successfully moved out of the poverty list.
