Master Sun's Five Fundamentals: 2) Heaven

In today's work, we'll find our way to the famous Yin Yang, but first we'll do some work in Genesis 1 and Exodus 20. Here are all five:

1) The Way
2) Heaven
3) Earth
4) Command
5) Discipline

2) In my early studies of the Five Fundamentals, I struggled with the difference between The Way and Heaven. I eventually found the term "The Heavens" to be helpful to me. Sky, space, all that which is ABOVE the Earth. The Way being what put them there.

3) Genesis 1: 1 - 3.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4) Another way to come to terms with Master Sun's Fundamentals would be to read the entire creation story. The Spirit of God moving on the face of the waters is The Way. As we roll, both Heaven and Earth are created, explicitly.

5) Then, God creates Adam and gives him Command. He fits him up with an help meet, Eve, and questions of Discipline instantly arise. After expulsion, the first brothers end up fighting the first duel and war commences due to lack of Discipline.

6) Linger on the Spirit of God moving upon the face of the waters, on the earth being without form, voice, and darkness upon the face of the deep. This is the primordial world. The Chinese say that first there was nothing. Then something. From 0 to 1. 1 to 2. 2 to 3. 3 to 10,000.

7) The 10,000 things represents everything. Look at this:

The Way = 0
Heaven = 1
Earth = 2
Command = 3
Discipline = 10,000

If you can take that in, our Five Fundamentals should grow somehow intuitive. If not, no worries. A mere 10,000 hours of study will cure much confusion.

8) To draw closer to the Heaven as a Fundamental we turn now to Exodus 20, and the 10 Commandments. Note the direct tie to the 4th Fundamental, Command. A Commander leads his followers in the Discipline of obeying the Commandments.

9) See Moses. See Moses climb Mt Sinai. See Moses enter the cloud. A cloud is the watery part of Heaven, remember, God separated the waters below from the waters above? God is in the cloud. God speaks the 10 Commandments. Moses chisels them.

10) Master Sun teaches us that the General who spends more time in the temple calculating these Five Factors relative to himself and the enemy will be the victor. In Master Sun's day, all war planning took place in the temple. Stick with that. We'll come back to Exodus.

11) The General must do more than merely submit to The Way. He must seek it with his entire mind, heart, soul, and being. He must feel The Way in the silence between his own heartbeats, in the quiet of empty lungs after exhaling. He is The Way's embodiment, literally.

12) And if he would know Heaven's will, the General must listen to Heaven's voice. The ancient Chinese noticed how after the shock and awe of a lightning strike and the reverberating thunderclap that followed, humans often laugh in mixed relief and joy.

13) That's one version of Heaven's voice, expressing its will. We might skip forward to Elijah, learning to hear the still small voice which was NOT in the storming Heavens, but that would be jumping too far ahead, don't you think?

14) For Master Sun, no General could possibly win at war if not hearing, feeling, following Heaven's will. Shall we fight during the day, or during the night? There are 4 seasons - they come from the Heavens and its control of the Earth. Which is best to fight in, this time?

15) The Chinese are very comfortable with sex. They use it for teaching - as did the ancient Greeks - all the time. Heaven is a stallion. Earth is a mare. Heaven is Yang. Earth is Yin. Victory at war is when Heaven's stallion takes over Earth's mare. The Commander rides.

16) The 4th Commandment is, and by far, my favorite. I want you to try to hear God's voice speaking it to Moses. And picture Moses imagining the task of teaching compliance to this commandment to his people. Sabbath obedience. It is NOT an easy thing.

Exodus 20: 8 - 11

8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

17) Is it interesting that this commandment refers us right back to Genesis 1? If you've never studied this commandment in that way, bopping back and forth between the 2 chapters, you have an extraordinary meditation coming when you do.

18) What could it possibly mean that God rested on the 7th day? The Chinese wouldn't have the slightest difficulty with this idea. After yang comes yin. After day, night. After each creation God saw that it was good. This is the natural order...The Way.

19) God Himself is The Way. The sound of His voice speaking is Heaven. Moses, the Commander, must envision the creation of Discipline by taking Heaven's will and leading, imposing it upon the people. The Commander hears Heaven and leads upon Earth, with Discipline. Yes?

20) Have you ever considered why so many stores are closed on Sundays? This is, for America at least, the still lingering power of Sabbath practices and laws. Think back to New England and its Puritans. Think back to their Sabbath laws, and by law, I mean law.

21) Now really skip forward to the burning summer of 2020. Think to the riots and lawlessness of Seattle, Portland and the movement to defund the Police. What is this? This is the very silencing of the Will of Heaven. It is the clear war of the enemy within.

22) Join me here in Albemarle County, and picture them so very soon removing the statues of Lee and Jackson. This is a desecration of the 1st Amendment. Those statues are protected as free speech. No matter. No Constitutional force will stop them from this act.

23) As I've shared, our Office of the Sheriff had its law enforcement function removed in 1983. This removes law enforcement from a Constitutional sworn Officer, beholden solely to the people, and places that function under the arm of an executive.

24) @CatotheCensor2 and I did a show, yesterday, Pat & Pat Episode 2. Pat taught me a profound lesson during the show. Every law must be executed. No executive is free of the obligation to perform his duty lawfully, Constitutionally.

25) In our county, there is a Board of Supervisors. In sum, they are the County Executive. Unwittingly, I have already commenced building friendships with 2 of them. They're wonderful people. We may end up enemies. It's very possible. But I can be friends with my enemies.

26) My mind was racing as Pat taught me. An entire new, local dream was aborning. A new analysis as well. Who, exactly who or what team, etc., is directly responsible for the execution of each law in our land? That person or group IS...A...GENERAL.

27) Every General has a way-seeking heart. Every General has ears to hear the Will of Heaven. Every American Patriot loves the Constitution. Are there bad people, and many in seats of vast power? Obviously so. Their powers must be removed. We must win the war.

28) Here's a question. Why did Christ have 12 disciples, 1 of whom, Judas, betrayed Him? Even Peter betrayed Jesus, too, but not in the same way. Every executive in America is either a Peter or a Judas, or some strange combination.

29) Every executive in America falls under the obligation to know the Constitution and defend it, live by it, live up to it, protect it, and protect us, his constituents. In America, the Constitution is the voice of Heaven.

30) Remember, it is the Commander's task to hear the voice of Heaven speak, and by Discipline lead his soldiers, his people to execute that will upon the Earth. We'll discuss the Earth tomorrow. That is where the action happens.
