How did a full-time English Literature student scale her content creation business to 6-figure?
I met Shreya in October 2020.

She's a 21-year-old girl from India. She reached out to me on Instagram to offer me her content creation service.
Back then, I was looking for someone to design posts for my Instagram page, so I agreed to the meeting.

Shreya sent me the Zoom link, I clicked it, and there we were, talking about the future of my IG page.
After some questions, she told me the price, and I said no. But only because she didn't offer me what I needed. So I told her exactly what I needed.

Once I did, she set the price, and I agreed to it.
Two months passed, and I was so impressed by her skills that I decided to coach her in closing bigger deals.
Here were some of the challenges she was facing:

• Frustrated because she didn't know how to get the right person on the phone.

• Terrified of losing clients and being ghosted if she raised her prices.

• Annoyed at her self-perceived lack of sales skills
Back then, she was charging $1000/month for her content creation and a couple of dozen dollars for her hourly consultations.

So here's what we agreed upon...
What Shreya did:

1. Raise her prices

2. Avoid projects that generated less than $2000

3. Use my social media lead generation systems

4. Learned a step-by-step process for conducting the perfect sales call
She took notes like a champ.

She implemented everything I told her.

She started generating leads using social media.

And a couple of days later, she sent me this text:
Like Shreya, once you have a proven process, you'll feel:

• More confident in raising your prices

• Less anxious to reach out to prospects on social media

• Eager to ask for payment on the phone even if you're charging higher fees than before.
Be sure to follow @ShreyaPattar and her amazing journey.
Systems are everything!

Build them and you too shall achieve success.

How I Made My First 6-figures Online
(and how you can too)

\ Thread
I'm a family man that lives in the Dominican Republic.

I monetized my skills online while writing and speaking in a second language.

And after tons of trial and error, I cracked the code.

Today, I'll show the 8 steps I took to make my first $100K using social media.
Step #1: Choose A Niche

My biggest regret was trying to serve everyone when I started.

Don't be like me. Be better.

Pick a niche (as I did later)

Focus on serving people in that niche.

This is how you become an authority in their eyes.

33 Habits That Made My Life 10X Better

- Less stress and anxiety
- Better relationships
- More money

\thread
I'm not telling you to build these 33 habits.

Some of these habits take me 1 minute to perform. Others 30 minutes. Some I only carry out once a week.

The most important ones, every day.

Think of this thread as the system I use to manage my life.
Habit #1: Write every day

7 Parenting Lessons I Reverse-engineered From How My Parents Raised Me.

#4 still boggles on why it worked so well.

Thread
1. Never criticize your children in front of their friends

I remember a friend's mother telling him in front of me: "Why don't act more like José?"

* awkward silence *

She then kept talking badly about her son.

Never do this.
2. Use the right wording – it'll change everything.

Instead of saying:

Don't do that >>> Try doing this instead.

Don't say that >>> Here's a different way of saying it.

You're stupid? >>> What did you expect to happen?

How ONE compliment changed my self-perception forever.

And why you should always praise who deserves it.

Thread
For years, I struggled to speak English in front of others.

This fear was also reflected in my writing.

I was ashamed of my lack of English fluency both in writing and speaking.

That's why I wrote my content in Spanish and used Google Translate to get the English right.
At first, Tweeting my ideas in English made me nervous.

I became too self-aware of my lack of skill.

So writing in English made this feeling double worse.
