Probably one of the biggest days of my professional career, Feeling grateful to everyone who crossed and helped me reach here,
I still remember the moment when I ditched a job offer from Indian Railways and a leading Public Sector Bank.
I went to my father and asked him! ⬇️🧵
Papa, Am I doing right?
He said - Yes if this makes you happy, I believe you. But do think about stability and your future.
He has been a teacher for around 25 years, have respected my opinions. In our society, not everyone has the luxury of taking independent decisions!
The high school kid was passionately curious about two ‘S’ - #StockMarket and #Startups.
Decided to go via the Engg+Management route like many others.
Travelled alone, made and learnt from mistakes, part-time gigs, celebrated every small and big milestone and what not?
Grown admiring founders and leaders more than anything else.
So It was a clear ‘No’ to myself about joining any typical government entity for 9-5.
Reason? I craved ownership and authority, to make a larger impact by joining great people on a great mission.
Money was an obvious outcome but not a crucial motivation.
I can’t and didn’t want to see myself working till the ideal retirement age i.e. - 50-60 etc.
So it’s far better to take a bet on yourself, work incredibly smart, build relationships, perform and join a rocketship. 🚀
Don’t believe me, look around, there are many great startups and unicorns.
The kind of value and wealth they’ve created for their people. Yes, don’t underestimate the spirit of entrepreneurship and ESOPs.
Today, we’re making a large impact and helping millions of aspirants with end to end learning solutions, I feel gratified to interact with my partners, good to work with amazing colleagues
Learned from amazing leaders who trusted this young artist, pushed me to go the extra mile
Really thankful for everything that happened in life; it’s all an experience. Ending this thread with my all-time favourite quote by Thomas A Edison -
"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time." 🙏❤️

So here the game begins - They asked for
Aadhar Card
PAN Card
Bank Passbook Copy
They want PAN Card for Loan/CIBIL related inquiries, Bank Details for EMI Deductions, and Aadhar Card for signing the eNACH.
Finally, ask the customer for Aadhar OTP and sign the auto-debit on the customer's behalf. Parents wouldn’t even realize how their PAN/Aadhar got used.
