**Correction--it should read $50 million.
Joe Sanberg:If you own stocks, you could choose to never sell them & therefore never get taxed on them. However, if you have a wealth tax, you can make sure the ultra wealthy are paying their fare share. Time for a wealth tax is coming sooner or later
