A Ukrainian radical leftist Volodymyr Ishchenko openly welcomes "confessions" of Belarusian political prisoner Raman Protasevych, made under tortures. He completely ignores threat of capital punishment for Raman. How can this person be a fellow of @tudresden_de and @AvHStiftung ? 
This week, Belarusian dictator Lukashenka has openly threatend Raman Protasevych with a capital punishment. Raman's girlfriend is taken hostage as well - and we know that Belarus uses rape as a terror tool against women. How may one attack Raman and other prisoners, knowing this?
Raman was presented by Belarusian propaganda TV making his “confessions” with clear signs of tortures in his wrists. We know that cutting blood supply to hands with handcuffs is a typical torture in BY. Is it ok for you @tudresden_de and @AvHStiftung to finance a fan of tortures?
My next question goes to @rosaluxstiftung - is it true, that Volodymyr Ishchenko is still an important partner and author of rls-sponsored publications and speaker at rls-sponsored events? What do you think about his welcoming of tortures used against political prisoners?
