BUT, there's a larger concern. Regardless whether it is by sloppiness or even, some

WHAT MESSAGE is sent when "justice | accountability" are spoken by 'Transportation',

while 'Justice' itself remains silent? Now add the unmissable fact that there is no Canadian criminal investigation underway. The dissonance is as glaring it is jarring.

DOES IRAN see such loose-fitting messaging as simply an excessive casualness, or does it view it as an

extra-linguistic signalling of a lack of strength and resolve by Canada?

IN CLOSING, if Canada truly has the resolve to seek real justice and actual accountability, then an overarching Canadian criminal investigation must be opened, and with it all messaging tightened.
