How to overcome coffee craving?

- Coffee addiction is going unnoticed in our nation, seen in teens to elderly
- Has become more of national beverage and morning ritual of every household
- I hail from Nearby village of "Famous Filter Degree Coffee" Town of Tamil Nadu
- Firstly coffee is good for our health when consumed fresh grounded powder, and in moderation with mindful sugar addition

-Problem starts on the overdose, extra spoon of sugar, instant coffee

- The instant coffee has more chicory content than the filter coffee powder
- Going cold turkey on any food habit is unhealthy,&impossible with nervous stimulants like coffee it's more like a weightloss dieting
- what's the realistic way to reduce consumption

- Note down your daily total consumption for initial days ( I know one case of having 15 times a day 60 ml cups with 1.5 tea spoon Sugar )

- Practice alternate like eating a fruit or nut when you crave for it
- Read more about "Caffeine Overdose" lot of good articles are out there in web

- Try alternating between herbal coffee / tea and usual coffee (It's proven method if you had successfully maintain a right balance )
Chukku malli home made herbal coffee is given to lactating mothers and some families right from gestation

This is healthy drink and best alternative for coffee

On Envt day, let's realise that

Plastic is a poison by all sorts to our health, environment & economy

Not everyone values the benefits of using the local made eco friendly items . It cost more but harmless to health & eco system

Pic : Handwoven Dharbha Meditation Mat
Our mind will value a recurring five rupees plastic bag to be cost effective rather a one time purchase of cloth or jute bag

Paradigm shift in consumer behaviour from a "Repair and reuse " mindset to "Use and discard " is making a space for plastic to exist in our society
By all means, plastic will qualify the next rank in commonly used hazardous chemical next to white sugar

Plastic won't leave this planet but you can atleast take a vow leave it
