So who is that Unindicted Co-Conspirator, Jeff McConney. He is the number 2 bookkeeper at Trump Org. Right hand man to Weisselberg. The Controller. So an accountant for 30 years with Trump. Is cooperating and has limited immunity for testifying to Grand Jury. This guy

What Jeff McConney testimony means, is the final nail to the Weisselberg 1 trial series of New York tax fraud. Because Manhattan DA has the double bookkeeping, all they need is this inside guy to tell what that bookkeeping is, and this case is closed

They do not NEED Weisselberg

Because the number 2 bookkeeper is testifying to Grand Jury, gets immunity, he will not be indicted. He will not go to prison (but will have to pay his own back taxes of course, which likely are of a scale of half a million dollars, when we compare to Weisselberg one million)

Because Jeff McConney testimony is all that is needed to prove INTENTIONAL tax fraud. It means
Weisselberg gets 5 years & pay $1M in back taxes and 2x penalty = $3M
Ivanka, Don Jr, Eric likely all get same, 5 years + $3M
Calamari, Hope Hicks, Rhona Graff etc likely 3 yrs + $1M

Note Weisselberg is also indicted on Grand Larceny (up to 15 years in prison, I estimate he gets 7 years on top of hte 5 in above). This Jeff McConney testimony will help - but not necessarily convince jury of this crime. If someone else flips like Ivanka, Don Jr, would nail it

Understand. This Jeff McConney testimony GUARANTEES that the Hitler Jugend kids go to prison. It is only a question of how much time. If they do not flip, they do about 5 years inside. First to flip, gets sentence like Michael Cohen, 3 years, out in 2.

Trump is CERTAIN to be convicted of intentional tax fraud. And the Manhattan DA told us there is someone

Manhattan DA said in indicting Weisselberg, that his tax crime is ONE of the biggest (but thus, is not biggest). We can be CERTAIN that the biggest tax fraud was Trump himself. I estimated his tax debt to be worth approx $20 million, with penalties, he pays $60 million

If Weisselberg gets 5 years prison for systematic deliberate tax fraud covering 15 years - and Trump committed that SAME fraud (in larger amount), Trump gets at least that same 5 years

The Grand Larceny 7 years, Trump will get this too. At least 7 years.
So 12 years for Trump

We have developing story, early Friday morning. Allen Weisselberg's sons ex-wife, Jennifer Weisselberg is testifying that she HEARD Trump promise to pay their kids tuition, instead of giving a raise to her husband. This to avoid the taxes
