Logically, those are the only four explanations possible. In any event, the White House messaging is both all over the place, and nowhere to be seen at the same time. Pretty neat trick, propagandistic corruptocrats!

There is no leadership by the White House on this issue. Only reflexive political finger-pointing and inconsistent, contradictory & wholly unscientific 'guidance' from people with agendas that prevent them from being any sort of objective.

This is all anti-science. The Scientific Method requires us to examine ALL data, evaluate it fairly and without bias, and to draw conclusions- even if they disprove our preconceived ideas.
