AS A FORMER @rcmpgrcpolice#RCMP(Ret'd), it is my opinion that what is referred to as Canada's 'Forensic Report' [hereafter, 'the Report'] is underwhelming and deeply disappointing. And, I wish that was the extent of it. But, it's not.
2/12
WHEN ALL IS SAID, the Report has effectively created a road map for the Iranian regime as it enters upcoming state-to-state negotiations.
'Connect-the-Dots' or 'Paint-by-Numbers' would be equally appropriate as descriptors. It reads like an 'Open-Book exam' with acceptable

FIVE (5) EXCERPTS THAT follow allow the reader to see for themselves examples from Report of areas where arguably a form of 'guidance' [italics] is being offered.
IF IT ISN'T amateurishness or incompetence, THEN one wonders whether it is 'by design'?

THE REPORT is essentially a glorified scrapbook of largely open-source information (albeit, heavily-lacquered with some not-so-subtle political grandstanding).(Below)
8/12
THE REPORT acts like an enthusiastic apologist for what amounts to civil negligence.
IN STARK CONTRAST, a recent Ontario Superior Court decision found the shooting down of Flight PS752 to be "intentional" and an "act of terrorism".
THE CONTRAST could not be more stark.

ONE PATH leads directly to settlement discussions and reparations; the other, to the opening of a domestic Canadian criminal investigation and criminal culpability.
BUT, RCMP Commissioner has recently decided to NOT open such an investigation.(Below)
10/12
TOGETHER, the Report and the Letter both clear the way for this government to effectively walk away from what would be a complex and arduous mass murder investigation, turning its back on the victims and their families and seek an easier, less-complicated resolution.
11/12
THAT SAID, it should be noted that reparations, without the pursuit of criminal accountability, is viewed by the families as [quote]: "blood money".
BUT RECENTLY, a group of concerned Canadians has (quietly) come together to help with the pursuit of justice for the victims of #PS752 and their families.
TWENTY-NINE (29) WORDS were all Prime Minister Trudeau needed to complete the steering away of his government's narrative from justice AND SHIFT TO negotiations and reparations.
TAKEN TOGETHER, the 'Forensic Report' [hereafter, the 'REPORT'] and the RCMP

Commissioner's letter [the 'LETTER'] to the families of the victims of Ukrainian International Airlines Flight PS752 #PS752 < CLEAR THE WAY > of the only potential obstacles and hindrances that might have prevented this (cunning) shift.
3/24
DON'T OVERLOOK these eight (8) seemingly innocuous-looking words in personal 'Message From The Prime Minister To The Families.'
NO MENTION of justice, ONLY reparations. The families view this as [quote] "blood money" in the absence of criminal culpability and prosecution.
YET, it is (strangely) silent on a recent Ontario Superior Court decision (20 May 2021) that found the shooting down of Ukrainian International Airlines Flight PS752 to be "intentional" and an "act of terrorism",
2/6 even though dated 24 June 2021. One might even say, «DEAFENINGLY SILENT».
THAT SAID, silence has its own sound.
MORE THAN SUFFICIENT time existed to include even a passing, simple acknowledgement of existence of ONSC decision, as it is undeniably relevant and significant
3/6 development.
THE ONSC DECISION is in «STARK CONTRAST» to the conclusion reached by Forensic Examination and Assessment Team (FEAT)(Below).
THE FACT THAT its existence is not so much as acknowledged raises concerns.
2/4 RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki referred to criminal ❮ONLY> with respect to tracking of threats and intimidation. She steered clear of any mention of a domestic Canadian criminal investigation into the intentional downing of the aircraft. Finally, she was asked whether there
3/4 was/would be such an investigation. When she informed them there would be no Canadian criminal investigation, anger boiled over.
AT THIS POINT, RCMP technicians muted microphones and disabled 'Hand Raise' feature preventing many family members from participating further.
