Out of 1497 fully vaccinated HCWs tested, 39 had breakthrough infection.. yet most of these cases were mild or asymptomatic.

Though 19% had persistent symptoms.. 2/n

18 nurses
10 admin or maintenance
6 allied health
5 physicians
This might not differ much from even Hospital settings in Malaysia, in terms of case proportion by profession.. 3/n

Source of infection to these cases were also traced; at least 37 of the 39 were from an unvaccinated individual..

11 - fellow HCW or patient
7 of the 11 - nosocomial transmission fr px receiving positive pressure ventilation.. 4/n
