In Case I Don’t Make it…a thread in two parts (part 2.)…
I am mad. I am mad for a lot of reasons but this, this is too much. Too many fathers, mothers, grandparents and children have lost their lives to Covid. 26/33 #Covid_19
How many more is acceptable when we have a vaccine that - if enough people get it - could help to curb the spread of this pandemic? If I don’t make it, I send you all my love and strength for the fight ahead. 27/33 #Accountability
To my doctors I thank you from the bottom of my heart for you care. To the doctors, nurses, and first responders putting their lives at risk to care for Covid patients. Thank you. 28/33 #Covid_19
To the artists I have worked with thank you for beautifying and inspiring my life with your incredible work. To the LGTBQ community - especially LGTBQ kids - you always had my support and are not alone. 29/33 #lgtbq#TransRightsAreHumanRights
For every person that rejects you there are countless more who support and love you. To the African American - I consider you all brothers and sisters and pray for the safety of your children. And to those who voted differently from me, I wish you wisdom and… 30/33 #BLM#BLM
that you see the corruption that is all around you. I hope you get vaccinated for your family’s sake, for your community’s sake and for my family’s sake. Covid is not a hoax. It is real and deadly and doesn’t care who you voted for, what you do, how rich or poor you are. 31/33
This is not about individual freedom or handing it to the libs. It’s about life and death. For you and your children. If you own a gun to protect your home, get vaccinated to protect your body. 32/33 #GetVaccinated#VACCINE
And to those continuing to spread lies and encourage others to not get vaccinated or to wear masks in public - just in case my message wasn’t clear or you skipped to the end - Fuck you. 33/33 #Covid_19#CovidIsNotOver#COVID#Accountability

In case I don’t make it…a thread in two parts (Part 1). Friends, I have Covid. Five days after my six year old son tested positive, and after two days of worsening symptoms, I took myself to urgent care to get tested. Things escalated quickly after I saw the doctor on call. 1/33
I have a chronic illness and am immune compromised. Having checked off a majority of the symptoms on the intake paperwork and given my medical history my test was rushed. 2/33
I was told the paperwork for a monoclonal infusion was also being rushed and that I would get a call the next day for an appointment. I got the call at 8:30 at night, several hours after I tested positive. I contacted my medical team, everyone was concerned but optimistic. 3/33
