Firstly: I am over the moon to see your response. I have never expected a response: May Allah reward you plenty;
Secondly: I argued for complete freedom of Exchange for all currencies (both Fiat, Crypto)!

Thirdly: choosing one or more as a Legal Tender creates a legal obligation for sellers and service providers to accept the relevant tendered currency. This may help making the life of consumers easier, at least for a transitional periods

Actually life went well thousands of past years without any "Legal Tender". People were using Gold, Silver, ... etc., disregarding which authority minted them. All that matters is purity and correct weight (Yes: counterfeiting was also practices in ancient time😇😇😇).

Hopefully we may reach this freedom in the future (with even better security and less counterfeiting due to strict mathematical control of the Blockchain.)

Actually I am arguing for Flexible Standard, or even more precisely NO Standard, Whatsoever: Gold, Silver, BTC, .. etc.

In other words: If you have currency freedom, then you DO NOT need to print or have a local currency. Even if you have, you may peg it to a "standard" or keep it Fiat (=Fraud and Fake legalised by government😡😡😡), the FREE Exchange market will take care of the rest.

The reason for the suggested choice of "Legal Tender" given in the early post is just convenience: BTC, ETH, ADA and XRP are the biggest (By Market Cap) and the one with lowest risk. The reason for the USD is clear: the enormous liquidity.

That is why I believe, that the USD, being Fiat, will slowly vanish (By act of GOD).

I avoided in my previous post discussing the issues of taxation, as I believe it does not apply to Afghanistan.

Currencies and digital assets MUST be exempt from Capital Gain Taxes and all other taxes, otherwise the Exchange Freedom will be undermined.

To dispel any misunderstanding: Zakat is due on all assets, including digital ones ... Zakat is not enacted by any government: It is a fundamental Divine injection: Either ZAKAT or KUFR!!

Myth: Taliban government bureaucracy is too simple to manage such complexity?!
NOT TRUE: The government needs to issue a 2/3 page law (see: El Salvador's example). The Market participants WILL do the rest.

For example: Taproot Upgrade + Lightning Network + BTC multisig Wallets + Payment providers (Visa, PayPal, Amazon ... etc) will be/are already making BTC usage as easy/easier than having a few dimes or pennies in your pocket. Government SHOULD do nothing: JUST LEGALISE BTC!!!

The main job now is push in this direction forcefully and marginalise the Yale, Oxford. Cambridge ... etc graduates, who have brainwashed by the Satanic Usurious Banking Oligarchy.
