We have multiple resources on a departmental and a hospital standpoint for reporting and seeking counseling for wellness, which is anonymous if preferred.

In addition, we also have a formal mentorship program, but also encourage residents to seek advice from anyone they would like.
7/🥼Opportunities after residency: (1/2)

8/🤓 #MedStudent advice: (1/2)
Follow your heart, your gut, but most importantly your brain. Make sure you always strive to know more but know that it is okay to not know sometimes.
8/🤓 #MedStudent advice: (2/2)
In Medicine, we are all eternal students. Everything takes time and practice, and it is okay to make mistakes as long as you actively learn from them.
