6) Did Tom Blackmer really admit to doing it publicly? Yes. His FB post is public. If so, then @CBSDFW should not grant him anonymity on camera. @CBSNews shouldn’t have anyways—he waived his right by going on camera in first place! He was also instigator of event—public interest.
