2) It’s actually worse… “Males in the USA and Lithuania experienced the largest losses in life expectancy at birth during 2020 (2.2 and 1.7 years, respectively)” — the drop was so high that it was cut off in the graph!!
3) Life expectancy at birth declined from 2019 to 2020 in 27 out of 29 countriesaareductions of more than an entire year were documented in 11 countries for males & 8 among females. Reductions were mostly attributable to increased mortality in 60+ years and to official COVID-19.
4) The COVID-19 pandemic triggered significant mortality increases in 2020 of a magnitude not witnessed since World War II in Western Europe or the breakup of Soviet Union. Females from 15 countries & males from 10 ended up with lower life expectancy at birth in 2020 than in 2015

LEADERSHIP—A major N. Carolina hospital system, overwhelmed by unvaccinated sick, fires 175 unvaccinated employees. 99.5% of @NovantHealth’s ~35,000 staff have #vaccinated. 2) if Novant can mandate vaccinations, so can @UNC_System, unless UNC leadership is complete cowering cowards. @UNC_Basketball @UNCFootball @GoHeels games should have vaccine mandates too.

2) Apparently, the @UNC_System is abdicating campaign vaccination with some BS punt to @ncdhhs—UNC knows full well they can also indirectly demand it via requiring it for attending @UNC_Basketball or @UNCFootball or @GoHeels sports games. But they don’t.
