Heartbreaking—3 snow leopards have died of #COVID19 at Lincoln Children’s Zoo in Nebraska (my childhood zoo growing up!!!). It follows the death of another snow leopard (a vulnerable species) at a South Dakota zoo last month. 😢 This is humanity’s fault.

Some good & bad new—

GOOD NEWS—many anti-vaxxers now caving into #vaccinemandates and getting the shot.

HORRIBLE NEWS—They are now turning to dangerous “detox” regimens after the vaccination—including Borax baths & anti-radiation therapies. #COVID19
2) No epsom salt + baking soda not gonna cut it. Sorry. And borax doesn’t remove nanotechnology nonsense either.
3) Borax is banned in foods. And it’s extremely caustic on skin.

2) nationwide lockdown is expected to be formally approved at a meeting on Sunday. Random checks will be carried out to ensure compliance with the new restrictions.

Racist, me thinks, the judge, is. Murder trial judge for #KyleRittenhouse says— ➡️ “I hope the Asian food isn’t coming on one of those boats from Long Beach Harbor”. 🔥 What a complete joke and circus this #KyleRittenhouseTrial now is.
2) And yes it is RACIST. The boats in the harbor are majority boats from Asia. And he said Asian food - which further connects the Asian boats. It’s racist c’mon.
3) Most Chinese-Americans knows the racist idiomatic slang “Slow boat to China” to mock anything that takes a long time. I’m Asian-American immigrant - I heard this crap all the time. It’s racist. He could have just said the lunch was late.

📍Winter surge is coming—and it won’t be gentle. Germany, Austria, & many other European countries reporting all time record high #COVID19 cases again. Bavaria (Munich region) has now officially declared a public health emergency disaster. ➡️This will happen in US+elsewhere too.
2) UK 🇬🇧 already is having a wildfire. Especially in children where it has neglected mitigations. This is a failure of @BorisJohnson
3) Germany 🇩🇪 is now at record record high for cases. Deaths are surging too. #COVID19 is not over no matter what fanciful COVID dismissing folks may have.

⚠️More children age 0-19 died of #COVID19 in England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 in October than any past month of the pandemic. Plus—kids hospitalizations & #LongCovid also ~highs. But UK🇬🇧 still hasn’t approved vaccines for kids 5-11, nor 2nd shots for teens.

2) Also, Damnit, UK doesn’t mandate masks in schools. “186,000 students were absent from school on Sept. 30 with confirmed or suspected cases of the virus, 78% more than the number reported on Sept. 16, and the highest number since the pandemic began.”
