I asked for 150 likes and 50 retweets. You guys gave me 286 likes and 77 retweets. Let me blow your mind on how easy it actually is to run a Google Ads agency that brings the most important thing in the agency business - results for your clients.

THREAD 🧵 (1/19)
In order to run a Google Ads #agency we need a few things:

- A niche
- A vertical
- An acquisition strategy
- Knowing how to set up a #GoogleAds campaign for your client which brings results sustainably.

(2/19)
Since I want to make this thread as bulletproof as possible, let me give you a foolproof way on how to make this work for you - even WITHOUT any previous knowledge.

(3/19)
The #Niche:

You want to focus on one of the easiest niches - Dentists. When running #ads for a dentist, you can almost have the exact same #campaign setup over and over again. Even if the dentist isn't based in Los Angeles but in New York or Miami. The same applies here.

(4/19)
The #Vertical:

Some verticals are harder than others. A vertical that is the easiest to start is without a doubt is #leadgeneration. The understanding that it takes for you to set up a campaign is much less compared to a campaign in the #ecommerce vertical.

(5/19)
The #acquisition strategy:

You chose your niche and your vertical. The only puzzle piece that's missing is your clients. How can you acquire clients the easy way?

(6/19)
Option 1: Go to Google and look for the following #keywords:

"Dentist"
"Child dentist"
"Dentist near me"
"Dentist in City"
"Dentist in Zipcode"
"Dentist in State"
"Dentist"
"Dentist wisdom teeth removal"
"Denta Filling"
"Dentist Tooth Decay"
"Dentist Caries"

(7/19)
Option 2: Go to YellowPages and look for a Dentist in your desired location

(8/19)
#Strategy:

Create a Google Sheet and make sure to create the following columns.

- Dentist Name
- Location
- Phone Number
- Website (if applicable)
- Are they running Google Ads? Yes/No
- Do they have a Google My Business? Yes/No

(9/19)
#Approach:

You want to find dentists who aren't running any Google Ads at all. Since you don't know how to optimize your #GoogleAds as of now, this will be your best bet.

(10/19)
Cold Calling:

Call the prospect on the phone and ask to speak to the person in charge. Disclaimer: This will not work all the time. Be very smart about your pitch. Say how all of his #competitors are already running Google Ads and are getting #clients with it.

(11/19)
It will be a no-brainer for most dentists to set up Google Ads. Pitch a #retainer of anything from $1,000-$2,000 a month flat. They will see guaranteed #ROI in the first month.

(12/19)
Google Ads Setup:

Since you have no idea how to actually run Google Ads, let me help you.

Talk to the Dentist and see what services they are offering. These services will be your #keywords.

(13/19)
Since your dentist isn't doing work in the entire USA but only in a respective city/zip code, you want to target based on the zip code that your dentist is working in. Set the radius to 30-40 miles. For reference, in Germany, a 50km radius works perfectly fine.

(14/19)
Other keywords that you will be bidding on are the ones that you look up on YellowPages.

(15/19)
Technical Setup:

- Search Campaigns
- 4-6 Sitelink Extensions
- 20 Callout Extensions
- 1 Call Extension
- 1 Location Extension
- Responsive Ads with your chosen Keywords
- STAG Structure (Single Theme Ad Group)
- Only [Exact Match]

(16/19)
Provided the dentist doesn't have a #website, you can upsell a website for $500 that's optimized for capturing #leads. If you have no idea how to build a website, either learn it or #outsource it on Fiverr or Upwork.

(17/19)
Bonus:

If you're building a website for your #client, make sure to get #affiliate deals going with a domain registry such as Namecheap or GoDaddy and a #hosting company such as BlueHost or similar. Charge your client a fee on top of the hosting and make even more money.
