4. Stewart apparently doesn't consider the 14th Amendment as part of the Constitution.

5. The Handmaiden speaks, trying to justify the what the American Taliban are about to do. I want to hear what Kavanaugh is thinking. Roberts and Kavanaugh are the two that matter. The Taliban are already locked in.

6. Kavanaugh tips his hand that he's going to say Congress has the power to do it so the court should get out of the abortion business. I don't think he will consider it a right so he's still Taliban, but more Taliban-lite.

7. IMO this is all about the power of a state to impose majoritarian religious views on all the state's citizens. Mike Flynn was the clarion that told us that a national religion is coming and it's extreme Catholicism. Thomas a religious extremist is now speaking. It's rare.

9. As the religious right is about to enrage a large portion of the national electorate going into a midterm season, when turnout is key, I wonder how smart Roberts and his American Taliban, who are for now, firmly in the majority, really are. If we can take Senate seats in

10. PA, OH, WI, FL and hold the others, we can ditch the filibuster and add four justices.

11. Kavanaugh is showing why he's a sociopath. He's equating cases that advanced human dignity and rights with one that will return to the world of oppression. He calls it a neutrality but he's simply trying to justify his toxic misogyny taught to him as a child Taliban.

12. The real theme of all this is whether we have a state dictated religion because the state legislature's majority says so. They believe that it is a sin so you must believe it too. It's fundamentally a religious case but nobody dare mention it with six Talban staring at them.

13. Roberts is trying to defend the 15 month ban by claiming that accepting it will resolve all the controversy not willing to recognize that red states will all ban all abortions the moment they overrule Roe and Casey. He's a desperate person who is about to destroy the Court.

14. At least Gorsuch recognizes that going to 15 means 12 and 9 are next. Now Kavanaugh is talking about that conflicting arguments and again says "Congress."

15. I think we may see a 4+2 plurality decision with Roberts and Kavanaugh making up the two who don't join the other four in the reasoning. It will make the issue more confused and contentious than ever when states rush to try to divine how far they can push the envelope.

16. Roberts will try to be on the majority so he can pen the opinion. Unless he realizes this is going to go down in history like Plessey then he will stay clear of the majority.

17. This is IMO a political gift from heaven going into the midterms. Enraged women in the privacy of the voting booth will rise up, even in red states, to destroy the Taliban.
