Breaking news: We have filed an SEC complaint against @moderna_tx for publishing misleading statements & failing to disclose to shareholders & the SEC that it has been part of a prolonged patent dispute w/scientists at the National Institutes of Health over the COVID-19 vaccine.
Despite receiving $2.5 billion in US taxpayer money & co-inventing the mRNA #vaccine with scientists from the NIH, Moderna has been an ongoing dispute with the US gov't over just who owns the intellectual property behind the vaccine.
By refusing to transfer mRNA technology to manufacturers in low-and middle-income countries, Moderna is prolonging the pandemic, ignoring the death & suffering of millions worldwide.
