An idea:

- launch #NFTs collection
- buy luxurious restaurant with the funds
- make it private/vip club, upgrade it
- pay employees from royalty fees
- holders DON'T pay additionally except for the #NFT

First, Cuz why not? There's huge room for vip/private clubs and luxury class services for the new wave of millionaires and billionaires, even just for the regular people to feel a good customer care and excellent atmosphere, a place to connect "with the 1%".

3/ Second, it will onboard more people to #NFTs and #crypto. Help another city and countries, or continents with coming of new fresh people who want and can travel and are curious of another cultures.

4/ Third, in FlyFish there's a huge royalty fee which goes to the execs or I don't get where. Anyway, that's understandable. But it can be a lot smaller, & can actually be used for payin employees on a wk/month basis. Or even more, they can be able to claim whenever they want...

5/ or from treasury, or DAO.

Next.

In FlyFish there's that thing which surprised me from the very beginning - you will buy an expensive & rare NFT, then you log to the restaurant and you will pay there for everything too.. Well.. This doesn't feel right to me.

6/ I write full twitter threads full of stuff and brainstorming ideas, and is more whitepaper than most of your roadmaps, whitepapers, litepapers, and whatnot..

Twitter threads & tweets are amazing form factor.

So.. What's the deeper dive, lets see:

- holders are owners of the whole place, through DAO
- there's no "execs", they are just employees too relying on fees too, thus it must do a great work
- locking of NFT = veTKNs + controlling/voting power of the whole place through the DAO
- maximum 1 NFT allowed per wallet

- staking: similar to locking (periods, mechanics, etc), but for half controlling/voting weight/power, & possibility to "unlock"
- burn: a mechanic that 1) mints you some TKN that can be traded, OR 2) possibility to redeem some amount of ETH. So you have immediate liquidity

9/ The locking will incentivize active community, plus a passing proposal on the DAO will need 71% quorum, not just some 10-15-30-51%.

In most cases, 51% seems like enough thing yea, but it's even better to have more.

10/ Most probably not the entire funds of sale will be used for the purchase of the restaurant/bar place. Some 5-10% will go to the Treasury or something. Or can be used as a hedge fund - to generate some additional yield rewards to holders that already are earning from fees

11/ But it's not about some vague roadmaps or whitepapers. It's about execution - build as much as possible before the launch. After the launch is just the purchase of the given place.

And don't launch on Uniswap and Opensea. PLEASE!

12/ Lets launch it in 2022, #NFTfam. Lets build IRL brand of discos, party centers, restaurants and art galleries, connecting both worlds.
