I don't think it's been highlighted enough how worrying this video below⬇️ is

Here is what this may mean (some fairly obvious some less):
1. Belarus will join the war
2. Russia is not negotiating in good faith
3. Talks are liable to collapse.
4. Offensive may be aimed at cutting off supply from western #Ukraine before Kyiv receives additional support
This is also a very worrying sign (besides being a war crime).
One of these Russian trucks seized near Kyiv, is loaded with rockets (bottom-left picture). Another bad sign.

Kharkiv is being massively bombed tonight.

This is because this city, which is just a few kilometers away has been resisting since the very first day of the Russian offensive.
#Russia's failure to capture it is also one of the key elements explaining the relatively limited advances in the east/center. I think Russia expected that the city would quickly fall, the Sumy-Kharkiv line being broken, which would lead advances towards Dnipro.
Russia had amassed a significant force opposite Kharkiv, but the city still holds, which is key to the broader Ukrainian ability to delay the Russian advances, and avoid being dealt a killing blow.

So Russia is resorting to mass-shelling.

Weapons depot likely hit (secondary explosion and shockwave seen on video)
I see some people mentioning thermobaric. This does not look like a thermobaric weapon to me and thermobaric weapons used by Russia are fired in volleys.
This rather compares to a Beirut blast-type explosion (which is not better). Lots of explosives detonated at once by an initial detonation.

The #Russian ministry of defense said that it will strike facilities belonging to the #Ukrainian security service, and the 72d center of special operations in Kyiv, claiming that those are responsible for cyber attacks.
The Russian ministry of defense is calling on residents of Kyiv living near these facilities to leave.
