أولا، تؤيد #الصين بقوة احترام وحماية سيادة ووحدة وسلامة أراضي جميع الدول والالتزام الجاد بمقاصد ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
ثانيا، تؤيد الصين مفهوم الأمن المشترك والشامل والتعاوني والمستدام. وتؤمن الصين بأن أمن أي بلد لا يمكن أن يأتي على حساب الإضرار بأمن الآخرين، ولا يمكن ضمان الأمن الإقليمي من خلال تعزيز أو حتى توسيع الكتل العسكرية. ينبغي احترام الشواغل الأمنية المعقولة لجميع البلدان.
