License plate is actually 1137EK43
Communications truck?
How many Russian soldiers does it take to
figure out where to park? Answer: 4
Yup. I think they're spending some time here
License plate 8906AM43
License OO2631-43
Does @bellingcat like tracing Russian military license plates?
Are they waiting on the side of the road with sleeping bags?
So it looks like a lot of Russia soldiers are going to be sleeping here tonight - 50.4438 36.3446
That placard is for explosives, right?
More Russian forces headed toward Belgorod- a pretty big convoy
Getting settled in for the night. Still busy by the building with two trucks (lower left corner)
Lots of people hanging around this truck...
I don't envy these guys trying to back up a large truck at night in the snow...
Oooo...see those black cables by the building... it looks like they're wiring into communications or power in the building...
Cables run to the trucks here by the building, all clustered close together
Rest of the vehicles are all turned off now. It seems most of the Russian soldiers are sleeping at 50.4438 36.3446, and this little command/communications node is still busy at 50.4469 36.3405.
Russian troops still in building at 50.4438 36.3446 along with a few trucks.
Definitely explosives hazmat sign on this truck. They keep unpacking what looks like sleeping bags/mats and taking them to the building down the street.
Ah, the explosives truck just was taking all the gear to to the Russian soldiers in the other building...
Still having trouble with the power/data connections...
License plate with a "50" code (Moscow Military District) 8967AV-50
The Russian military unit currently parking their equipment overnight at 50.4470 36.3405, has a mix of license plate code of "43"- from the Kirov region - and "50" - Moscow.
Another convoy from #Kharkhiv is coming back to Russia
You've got to be kidding me...are they joining us here?
They're driving around into a residential neighborhood. I think someone made a wrong turn.
One truck joined
But the rest of the convoy is probably wondering why they're stuck in this neighborhood at 10:30pm local (1930 UTC)
Here they come...
8229EE43
Quite a cozy little nest of Russian vehicles ready to bed down for the night. It would be a shame if something happened around 50.4474 36.3389...
Civilian car parked with the military unit. License plate A280MX01
Whatcha got there, fella? License plate 2157EK43
20-30x more Russian soldiers arrived. Heading off to bed.
I know logistics are bad in the Russian army, but don't they have toilets?
Where in the hell are you going at this hour?
Just going to the temporary barracks.
It's 3:15am in Russia - Why in the hell are 4 more military trucks coming to this grouping location on the border near #kharkiv now?

Looks like the Russians finished creating a barge bridge over the #Dnipro near #Kherson in the past 24 hours. Imagery from Oct 18 show a barge pushing the last parts into place at 0814 UTC. This allows Russia to resupply faster or to evacuate quickly. It's also an easy target.🤔
@GeoConfirmed Barge bridge complete at #Kherson on 18 October. Last barge being placed at 46.6658 32.7206.
And on the 17th there was more activity of Russian military vehicles waiting while others crossed by ferry. Same waiting location in a field around 46.7 32.8, just north of Prydniprovs'ke, east of #Kherson. Lots of trucks headed away from Kherson.
Since Aug, 70km of a natural gas pipeline was laid between #Melitopol and Marynivka, #Zaporizhia Oblast, #Ukraine. This will likely connect to #Berdyansk. Melitopol has been without gas for months. The connection could be complete within the next few weeks. @GeoConfirmed
A KML version of the pipeline trace can be downloaded here for import into your favorite mapping tools. This was created based on satellite imagery from August and September 2022. drive.proton.me/urls/TES5W9RE8…
The occupation government in #Luhansk, #Ukraine is pushing people to a telegram channel to get info about the referendum. Good #OSINT feed? t.me/budem_zhit 🤔
Apparently the LPR occupation authorities need to take a break while counting the ballots...
"The Department of the People's Militia of the Luhansk People's Republic reports that during the period of the referendum, the departments of the military commissariat will not work."
Situation around #antonovskiybridge in #Kherson hasn't changed. Sep 15 images show the ferries in use nearby, and empty barges. But... 🧵 1/
Looking back at radar and optical imagery since Sep 6 we can see many boats, some confirmed as pontoon ferries, operating east of the rail bridge near #Kherson. Here's a map with the locations plotted on different dates. Where does the ferry land? 🤔2/
Looking at imagery over #Kherson for 31 Aug we can see more Russian military vehicle movement than ever before. In this first image, we can see ~20 vehicles on the pontoon ferries transiting in each direction near 32.8035 46.6614.🧵 1/
11x Russian military vehicles waiting at 46.6442 32.8161 to move up the queue towards the military ferry across the #Dnipro 2/

Major movement of Russian equipment identified in 25 August 2022 imagery near #Kherson crossing the #Dnipro river. About 100 military vehicles seen moving in imagery, mostly northwards toward Kherson, at 08:48 UTC (11:48 Kyiv time) on 25 August. 1/
At the edge of the image, we can see a convoy of at least 40 military vehicles waiting to move northward near the intersection at 46.6439 32.8159. 2/
