I’m going to cover TWO methods I’d use to reach out to them and how to use both
A combination of the two utilized in unison throughout the day was most effective for me
Method 1) The Shot gun method
This builds very little rapport, I would ALWAYS use this when I see someone’s ad that sells something high ticket
“Hey John, saw your ad for your ecom program, are you looking for a commission based sales rep to take those calls?”
Very little rapport is built like I said but if they’re running ads it’s likely that they’re booking enough calls for at least 1 closer
So pretty frequently I’d actually catch people that would be like “actually I am looking for a closer”
Then they’re obviously going to ask for your experience
If you have experience/case studies, tell them
If not, ask for a week trial of calls, if you don’t close any you’ll pay them $100, get creative.
The 2nd method is to befriend people
Longer sales cycle, but it’ll basically start with me introducing myself, and relating to their page, and often asking how/why they got into entrepreneurship
I like to ask this question bc it’s one that I’m genuinely always interested in
We can often relate over many of the reasons, didn’t like school, want freedom, didn’t want a 9-5, etc
This allows you to build rapport and connect
Eventually once you feel as if you are “friends” you can kind of casually slip in what you do
“Hey John, I actually sell other peoples offers over the phone and consult them on their sales process, is this something you’d be opposed to me doing for X offer?”
Now that your “friends” they’re much less likely to tell their friend “no”
So they’ll say they’re not opposed to it, and again, ask for your experience, case studies, etc and you’ll go from there
Same is applicable on Facebook and in Fb groups
This is how I grew my sales agency to $10k/m basically only using Instagram
Whenever you see an ad, shot gun method
Whenever you’re searching for people and come upon a big profile, befriend them
Use them in unison = $$ printer
Good luck!

One of my biggest takeaways in 2021 was there’s a huge lack of leaders
i had amazing leaders in 2021 and horrible leaders
Going to break down some of the differences I’ve noticed in good/bad leaders
\\mini thread//
Bad leaders
>> rely heavily on punishment for screwing up over rewarding for going above and beyond
>> criticize in public
>> broken promises
>> don’t lead by example
>> create excuses
Great leaders
>> reward and inspire you to go above and beyond
>> genuinely care about peoples well being
>> lead by example
>> reward in public, criticize in private
>> give tough love when needed
