According to Minister Diattara of Senegal, one of the greatest challenges facing the country is conforming to international #norms and #standards, which are requisite for building a #DigitalEconomy.

They've launched a new strategy: Digital Senegal 2025. The aim of strategy is to breathe new life into the sector by providing stakeholders with new growth drivers and sources, raising the GDP contribution of digital technologies by 10%, and by creating 35,000 direct jobs by 2025

The cost of the 28 reforms and 69 projects included in the Digital Senegal 2025 strategy is about 2.5 billion Euros, demonstrating the government's strong ambition to make #digital available "for all and for use in everything"

From 🇸🇳 to 🇳🇴: #DigitalPublicGoods are a huge priority for #Norway's development efforts, and their Secretary of State for #InternationalDevelopment calls for #OpenSource solutions to achieve a just #DigitalTransformation
