- Expanding the team. More development & infrastructure. 100 new developers last week
- More basic improvements around the current gameplay. Starting with boring/fundamental tasks

- Test for a new business model. This time charity, in the future climate, carbon reduction etc.

Genesis sneakers
- All genesis sneakers are equal in perks
- On #Solana IDs 0 to 10,000 on #BSC IDs 10,000 to 20,000 are considered genesis and will receive future perks
- Not mixing functionalities with the genesis status
- Difficult to improve distinction with other sneakers

Shoe skins & Panda skins
- In general, everyone will have a chance to reroll the skin of their shoe
- Among the pool from skin options, will be the panda skin
- The chance of acquiring a panda skin will be proportional to the price of the gem used in the reroll

- This means, at current prices, rerolling with an efficiency gem will give you the highest chance of a panda skin
- Panda skin will be a rare skin and difficult to acquire

Minting scrolls
- Minting a new sneaker will require two scrolls. Minting an uncommon shoe with a rare shoe will require an uncommon scroll and a rare scroll
- No details regarding min energy for scroll lvls will be shared. This due to balances and changes needed after release

Sneaker burns
- When the the sneaker supply is too big the team has several options to reduce the supply
- Users can burn a second sneaker to improve the attribute stats of the first sneaker
- Including #GMT into the minting cost makes the sneaker supply limited

- Original sneaker will receive a new, random, amount of attribute pts. It'll be in between the min amount from the original sneaker and the max of the burned sneaker
- e.g. sneaker #1 has 1 eff point, sneaker #2 has 8 eff pts, sneaker #1 will now get a new value between 1&8

- The same lvl/same quality of sneaker will be needed (e.g. can't use a common sneaker to improve an uncommon)

Dynamic Minting
- Changes are done manually (not automated)
- Small tweaks can still be expected
- 2PM UTC team does their analysis. Changes will be shared through notes in the app
- Team not happy with GST becoming liquid on exchanges. Dynamic minting is meant to combat this

- Trailblazer - Energy used & more than one sneaker at all times in the inventory
- FOMO event - Probably not for everyone. Maybe based on energy usage etc. again

- Team is planning more events for a bigger amount of users. But please understand the app is only 5 months old.

- DDOS attack reroll. Already refunded all assets lost.
- No plan for the marketplace filter updates
- BSC is growing fast
- Minting scroll purchase might require #GMT to purchase
- Energy won't become more fluid (constant increase instead every 6h)

- Bug regarding energy refill & airplane mode will be fixed soon. Abusers could be punished
- Discord changes upcoming but team is thinking of good solutions to deal with the high amount of users (e.g. Telegram's unreadable)
- Lot's of live events planned (check Discord!)
