You can't manage what you can't track.
Are you building habits? Track them!
Find a way to track your progress.
Write your progress down.
2. Journal.
Journaling is a very effective way to coach yourself.
And a journal can be more patient that a human coach.
Ask yourself questions, write down your thoughts, know your weaknesses... Be self-aware.
3. Turn your goals into habits.
Don't just set goals, set systems!
Let's say you have a goal to lose a certain amount of weight, you won't just workout when you feel like doing it.
Workout at a certain consistent time.
Lose x KG becomes -> Do a fasted cardio exercise everyday.
4. Reflect.
Reflect on your habits, your systems.
What are you missing? What can you improve?
What are you doing wrong?
5. Be patient.
Remember that you must be patient... Change takes time.
Don't be patient to take action, but be patient with seeing progress.
