Here is the 1st thred of my fitness journey. Might nt be perfect thread but helpful for so many who wants to get fit & start healthy life style.
How it started:
Feeling dull daily
Obese (66 kg with 30% fat)
Unhealthy lifestyle
Craving for bad habit & few body problem. 1/n
How It’s going:
Feeling energetic during the day.
Fittest till now (57 Kg with 19% fat).
Healthy lifestyle.
No craving for bad habit and got rid of few body problems.

1. Motivation: Keep below 👇 point in mind to get motivated.
a. If u love urself and ur family.
b. People will respect and love u more.
c. If i can do it at 30 then why cant u do it.
d. Get shirtless in front of mirror and be ashamed of ur body.

2. Diet & Food: Without this u cant be fit.
a. Dieting doesnt mean cutting ur hunger & be hungry most of the time.
b. Healthy diet is esy, cheap & Good.
c. Dont be too harsh on ur diet & u can have couple of unhealthy meals in a week.

3. Macros and Micros: Protein and Vitamins plays very imp role.
a. Protein intake should be adequate adequate. (1.8 * weight in kg) gm
b. Have green vegetable and fruit daily to meet micros requirements.
c. Include protein in every meals.
d. Pre and Post workout meal is imp.

4. Track calorie: Without this loosing or gaining weight is impossible.
a. Try to track with any app, i use Cronometer.
b. Have kitchen weighing scale to measure food.
c. Calorie deficit if u want to loose fat.
d. Sometime little variation and excess calorie is fine.

5. Exercise: Very imp for healthy lifestyle.
a. Weight lifting required 3-6 hrs weekly depending on ur goal.
b. Try to include cardio and some time HIIT around 1-3 hours per week.
c. Hitting gym daily is not mandatory and 4-5 days in week is also enough.

6. Few General Points to remember:
a. U recover during sleeps so try to sleep at least 6-8 hours.
b. Have consistency & dedication.
c. Good things take time so dont be in hurry for fitness.
d. Include NEAT in ur daily routine.
e. Include warmup & stretching in ur exercises.

A thread on fact, myth & knowledge about Proteins (P):
All food or drinks r made up of P, Carbs & Fat 1. What is protein:
This is referred as building blocks of ur body & made up of amino acids.
20 different amino acid combine in various combination to form all kind of protein.
2. How Proteins function in body:
Every cell in our body contains protein so it is very imp.
a. For building and repairing of body tissues protein is required.
b. Enzymes r protein which help in activity such as muscle contractions & relaxation.
c. Protein is alternate src of energy which provide 4 cal per gm of protein.
d. Some proteins are hormones which are chemical messengers b/w cell, tissues and organs.
e. Proteins helps to fight infection in ur body.
Etc.
Sleep should be the top element of life whether u r going to gym or not, plz sleep at least for 7-9 hrs daily:
Benefit Of sleep:
-It helps in fat loss
-It helps in muscle growth
-It helps to improve Testosterone level
Short term and long term consequences of not having enough sleep:
-Insulin sensitivity decreases (Cause of diabetes)
-Appetite increases
-Stress increases
-Obesity problem
-Cardio vascular diseases
Etc.
How to improve your sleep:
-Try not to consume caffeine before 5-6 hr of going to bed.
-Try to avoid too much alcohol
-Drug abuse causes sleep problem
-Shift work also cause sleep problem
-Have dark env while sleeping
-Have alarm to go to bed
-Start tracking ur sleep
