- Financial statements ( Xisaab Xir) pertaining to the money budgeted to the Federal Gov was not returned to the federal Parliament to show use of the money for its intended purpose in 2018,19 & 20. #N&N corruption

This runs counter to the claim of Farmaajo supporters that they are not corrupt. They refused to submit financial statements to the federal parliament for accountability purposes. Instead Pro-Farmajo speaker signed documents representing the parliament.#Somalia

It is surprising that #Farmaajo supporters could not even trust parliament that generally supported them to review how money was used
- Among the entities that have refused to return statements indicating how allocated money was used included the presidential palace.

This shows the financial statements returned to the federal parliament and approved after the reports were checked by the finance sub-committee and the general members of the people’s house. This was not done in 2018,19 and 20.

Dr. Bayle, #Somalia’s Finance minister reported to the parliament yesterday that he submitted fiscal statements to the chair of the people’s house who failed to submit the reports to the house for review & approval. Will the current house or government go after former speaker

For those of you who speak in Somali, this is the last financial statement reviewed and approved by People’s house of Somalia in 2017.

I attach the bylaws of the people’s house requiring the tabling of the financial statements, xisaab xir, for review and approval. This is one of the bylaws former chair of the people’s house failed to comply with and they may be prosecuted for doing so.
