Liban willl continue to document focused sessions and during this period he will do everything within his power to ensure that he learns something and shares that with others.

The reinforcement, as stated yesterday, for this behavior is reflection and learning, that would have the potentiality to improve human conditions. Libin was stressed about the requirement to report something that he has learned in the course of the session.

Then he remembered the moment that he worries about the particular result, the production of that particular result became difficult. So, he told himself to do his best and that suffices; and if he learn nothing report that he has learned nothing : that in and itself is an exercise of authenticity.

One of the great lessons that he exercised in this session is to record his tiredness, and the need to take a break to recharge, and once again enhance his capacity to do an effective work. 1340.

Liban started focusing sessions at 0830. The aim is to practice focusing for 52 minutes, and to building general disposition for greater focusing capacities. Also to report what is being learned since that reinforces this writer and possibly you, the reader.

This is something Liban enjoys doing, and he should that since he has the opportunity to do so, and the platform to use.

He also wants to benefit from observer effect, X impressions, to fuel his focusing skills, and to endure Ramadan effect, and to add meaning to the vicissitudes of life. Liban finished the first focused session. One of the biggest challenges that he faces is that he easily gets distracted. However, whenever he is accountable to someone else, the benefit of observe effect, he gains braking power to limit the frequency of distractions, and increase the frequency of focusing to get some work done.

He understands that behavior increases in frequency if reinforced. So, when he focuses, he reinforces the focusing session by learning and teaching, to benefit from the reflection of experiences and thoughts, and therefore gain knowledge from reflection for process improvement, and by implication improvement of relevant human conditions

Comment on this document pertaining to lifting arms embargo.

- Assessment mission was sent to Somalia by UN Security Council in summer and they reported back, after visiting Somalia and Kenya.

Somalia was judged on the basis of 10 standards. Let us see how Somalia did it:

1- Does Somalia has laws & procedures governing weapons and ammunitions, their procurement, importations and a way of controlling these weapons, ammunitions and other related materials?

Answer is yes. Presidential decree issued in 2018 and 11 standard operating procedures issued between 2021-2023, covering management of weapons are in place. Somalia is also signatory to various international control of arms, inclining Nairobi protocol for the prevention, control and reduction of small arms in Great Lakes region and Horn of Africa.

2- Did Somalia implement and update its weapons management strategies on the basis of baselines and targets both at the federal and state level? A simple way of saying this is: what actions did Somalia take to control its weapons & ammunition so that they were used as they were intended for ?
Yes. It did update its baseline data with regard to the weapons management strategy. See attached screenshot of the report linked above. This will tell whether Somalia is making progress or not with regard to the objective of controlling lethal weapons at its disposal. Baseline data include marked weapons, keeping records of weapons and so on.

Commentator on drones reported: drones imported by Somali MP bear strong resemblance, judging from the pictures, to this: the Mugin 3600VTOL (3600mm wing diameter).

Googling this model reveals this: You can put a heavier equipment on the plane now. @AAbdishakur @HarunMaruf Reports from #Mogadishu indicate drones were six. The manufacturer claims that each drone costs $7,000.

The total amount of the drones would cost at $42,000. Add the cost of delivery and assembling, cost will reach minimum at $50k.

The protest in Addis to support regime that is blockading its own people, refusing cash, food & medicine to Tigray ( US & UN confirmed this claim of blockade) will have an appreciable effect only in supporting Abiy in some areas of #Ethiopia. #Thread

I agree, let us make sure Mogadishu or banadir region does not participate meeting since it is not FMS; Mogadishu is needed though because it has to supply the venue and taxes to support the meeting between FGS/FMS; Jubbaland and Puntland must insist no seat for Banadir Governor I further agree without US input Somali leaders will not have taken the reasonable or logical steps to moderately free and fair elections. Why this is so? Well, your guess is as good as mine.

Somalia faces two demanding tasks: that of fighting insurgency, Shebab, and that of building federated state, where power is shared and all armed actors are unified under accountable system: defeats Shebab or forces them jump-start the political process.
