that the defendant knowingly or intentionally acted in an unauthorized manner.

THIS is what @kennethpolite apparently considers a successful program.

Medical professionals whose lives have been ruined & patients who have been left with no reasonable options.

Some of whom turned to the black market in an attempt to manage the pain related to their disabilities when doctors fear of persecution barred them from accessing medical

assistance that would effectively manage their health condition

During the press conference while not stated, the innuendo was clear that while patients with #SUD were deserving of access to #MAT. patient's who rely on #Opioids as a component of their PM Plan do not.

The implication was that they are in fact people with #SUD & by treating patients with Rare Diseases, Complex Chronic Illnesses & Disabilities with #Pain as a component they are acting outside the standard of care & are *trafficking* not practicing medicine.

With Polysubstance Use & a the black market supply tainted with Illicitly Manufactured Fentanyl (IMF) driving the #OverdoseCrisis, the @TheJusticeDept is compounding the problem by terrorizing medical professionals & making medical treatment inaccessible.

People are under the mistaken impression that the government's intrusion into the practice of medicine is ONLY affecting #PWUD, #Pain patients & people with #SUD.

No patient population that requires medical assistance to treat pain or a controlled substance to maintain their

health has been unaffected.

Let's not forget about the use of government paid *cough* experts.

Let's take a peek at the quality of the one they have used for the majority of the license revocations in 2022.

He is employed by Kaiser Permanente & is prohibited to testify on the behalf of a clinician

Serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Diversion Investigators..🤔

His "Qualifications" as an expert in pain management practices are:

▶ consults with PM as needed during the course of his practice

▶ Served on a committee to develop pain management guidelines

The team developing the proposed 2022 for #Opioid Prescribing included Addiction Specialists, a Gynecologist, attorneys ++
