The Governor of the #Luhansk region underlined that not all of the region is occupied, as 🇺🇦 still controls some of the territories. In the #Donetsk region, due to the 🇷🇺 shelling, 35 objects were damaged, and 7 civilians were killed (including a child), 2 people were wounded.

In the morning, 🇷🇺 forces attacked one of the districts of the #Odesa region with two rockets. Two agricultural warehouses were hit, and 35 tons of grain were destroyed. Over the night, the occupiers also attacked a boarding school in #Kharkiv.

Up to 12,000 people remain in the temporarily occupied #Lysychansk, #Luhansk region. The situation there is difficult. The 🇷🇺 take those who remain to filtration camps, carry out a meticulous check for patriotism or belonging to the Armed Forces, beat and torture them.

As of 3 July, @UNHumanRights have documented over 10,000 civilian deaths or injuries across 🇺🇦, with 335 children among the 4,889 documented as killed. Most of the reported civilian casualties were caused by the use of explosive weapons in populated areas.

According to the @UNHumanRights report, 28 cases of conflict-related sexual violence, incl. cases of rape, gang rape, torture, forced public stripping, and threats of sexual violence, have been verified. The majority of cases were committed in areas controlled by 🇷🇺 armed forces.

Agreements worth almost $1.9 bln to support 🇺🇦 were reached at the International Conference in #Lugano. The contributions include $600 mln for financial support, $500+ mln for the development of the agricultural sector, and $500+ mln to prepare for the heating season.

The Prime Minister of #Ireland, @MichealMartinTD, visited 🇺🇦. He assured that Ireland would further support 🇺🇦 & look for mechanisms for financial assistance within the EU. Mr. Martin added that they would work with Irish businesses to attract stakeholders to the rebuilding 🇺🇦.

@DmytroKuleba cast doubt on a near-term breakthrough in talks to unblock crop exports from the Black Sea ports. However, the negotiations are underway as a number of logistical details need to be worked out in talks brokered by Turkey & the UN between Ukraine & Russia 🙄

Also, @DmytroKuleba said talks being held at the government-agency level are centered on thrashing out delivery itineraries and mechanisms to secure cargo vessels. However, negotiators haven’t yet reached an agreement on securing #Odesa, 🇺🇦 largest seaport, from Russian attack 🤷‍♀️

🇺🇦 has asked #Türkiye to help investigate how 🇷🇺 exports grain from the occupied territories. 🇺🇦 suspects three 🇷🇺-flagged vessels. Therefore, Kyiv asks #Ankara to provide documentation about their cargo and the time they arrived at Turkish ports.

The European Commission is considering a legal framework for the transfer of frozen 🇷🇺 assets and assets of businessmen from the Russian Federation for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The US and its allies have discussed trying to cap the price on 🇷🇺 oil between $40 & about $60 a barrel. Allies have been exploring several ways to limit 🇷🇺 oil revenues while minimizing the impact on their own economies in discussions that began in the run-up to the G7 summit.

🇷🇺 forces turn #Zaporizhzhia NPP, one of Europe’s biggest nuclear plants, into a military base. The 🇷🇺 military keeps hundreds of its troops & equipment on the territory of the plant and creates trenches around it. They deployed there MLRS ‘Smerch,’ MRL ‘Grad,’ tanks, etc. 🙄
