⚖️Our latest court victory against the PiS regime: secret services chief, minister @WasikMaciej is ordered to apologise in 3 leading pro-gov media for i.a claiming ODF had Russian connections, was a hybrid foundation & laundered money. Court found no merit to any of those claims.

In its verdict "the court found no basis for the claim that ODF had Russian links, that it was undertaking hybrid activities aimed at destabilising or damaging the interests of the state, that it was involved in money laundering, or that @bartek_kramek has called for bloodshed"✌️
Minister Wąsik is ordered to pay PLN 10k to ODF, @LyudaKozlovska & @bartek_kramek +legal fees. His apology, admitting to false claims i.a re. our financing, Russian links & calling for bloodshed, must be featured at the top of @tvp_info @RepublikaTV & @wPolscepl sites for 7 days. 
The verdict is especially damning to the Polish authorities, considering their intelligence deputy head wasn't able to prove to the court ANY of the multiple false allegations the authorities & their media have been spewing since we stood in defence of the #RuleOfLaw in Poland ✊
