Republicans have come up w their “Commitment to America”.

GOP held the House, Senate &  WH for TWO whole yrs while TFG was in office, why didn’t they do these things then? They had the numbers!

Here’s my own opinion before the article starts …

Any name calling is ME, some words were abbreviated to save characters.

2/FIRST We know what #Rethuglicans DID do when they were in charge tho, right?

They signed the #GOPTaxScam that PERMANENTLY changed the tax brackets to lower or eliminate corp & rich ppl taxes while the so-called “tax breaks” for citizens EXPIRE in 2025!!

3/They also sought to repeal ACA a gazillion times — but never put anything forward to restore it nor did they release their “big beautiful healthcare plan” in ANY of the 2 wk time periods — oh, but they held like 100 Benghazi hearings!

4/they passed a bunch of environmental, air & water damaging rules, seated a whole lot of conservative sycophant judges w lifelong tenure in the judicial system, they botched covid pandemic resp, failed to impeach an obviously insane president TWICE & almost destroyed democracy.

-term limits for members of the House
-a financial audit of Congress
-public access to all congressional hearings
-It also included items like tort reform, which placed new limits on the ability to sue for damages.

7/(a) & don’t forget they want a national ban on abortion — some wld even want no exceptions for life of mother — cut Social Security, Medicare & disability benefits, cut/suppress voting rights, civil rights, human rights, womens rights, equal rights, trans rights, privacy rights

7/(b)they want to restrict — if not fully eliminate birth control pills, morning after pills, IUDs!! They even want to eliminate artificial insemination! They want to restrict interstate travel for ppl who may be pregnant —eliminate ANY immigration!

But I’ve digressed, moving on

Bonds of trust? GOP are the 1s trying to turn 🇺🇸 into an autocracy!

11/NOTE the use of words here:

“Citizens, trust, change, restore: these words, as much if not more so than specific policy, were how Gingrich hoped to win a Republican majority”.

12/Remember y’all— gawd forbid GOP win the House or Senate or both in midterms — but even if they do there’s no fucking way they could enact ANY of draconian plans w a Dem Pres in office for 2 more yrs.

WE MUST KEEP THE HOUSE & SENATE — & increase more seats! #VoteThemAllOut2022
