The #NRF spokesman claimed liberating Shokai District of #Badakhshan, from the #Taliban, today.
No independent source confirmed the collapse of the district.
Taliban didn't comment on the issue yet.
Talking to a local source, he confirmed that an attack by NRF, today morning, resulted in some casualties to the TB but:
- District didn't collapse.
- District governor was (slightly) wounded (not abducted).
- TB's famous commander, Juma Khan Fatih, is now in the district center.
While the Taliban officially didn't comment on the developments in Badakhshan's Shakay District yet, NRF released a photo that is allegedly showing the TB's district governor in the NRF captivity.
Meanwbile, @RahimLaghmani has another version of the story.

A pro-TB source tweeted that the Taliban's military commander for 5 districts of Badakhshan (Darwaz Ha region), Juma Khan, is now in Shakay District&rumors about collapse of the district are baseless&untrue.

Without comment on the whereabouts of the district governor, Taliban's spokesman for the ministry of interior wrote:
"We strongly reject the baseless&false rumors about the collapse of Shakay District in Badakhshan.
Our forces accept death but not defeat."

A video in SM showing that the TB's district governor was abducted by the NRF in an ambush, but later on, released with mediation of the local elders.
This is the same story narrated by @RahimLaghmani n his earlier tweet.
The NRF claim about collapse of the district seems untrue.

Pro-#Taliban sources are celebrating the #assassination of Commander Abdul #Samad, a former Police officer from Kandahar, in #Quetta City of Balochistan.

Meanwhile, today morning, unknown gunmen shot&killed a Salafi scholar, Sheikh Mawlana Abdul Aziz, in Bara town of KPK Province of Pakistan.
AFG TB, ISKP& TTP, among others, are the 3 main groups having the capacity&history of target killings in KPK&Quetta.

Gulbuddin #Hekmatyar's "peaceful& constructive #plan to rescue Afghanistan& end the crisis" include 7 articles as follow:
1. An unrestricted&unconditional meeting between all influential AFG parties, who will make decisions by consensus, not the majority, to be acceptable to all.
2. The meeting will be intra-Afghan and Trilateral delegations will participate in it:
A- The Government (Taliban)
B- The Armed Opposion Groups
C- Afghans who are against the war and pro-peace
3. It would be good if foreign stakeholders& representatives of the UN be invited as...
... observers and supporters; but they should promise to avoid any kind of interference in AFG affairs and will support any unanimous decision of the meeting.

Recently, I received UNCONFIRMED info about two new developments on PAK-controlled side of the Durand Line:
1. Since couple of months, ISI handed over a number of the old training camps, located on Durand Line and used by AFG Taliban in last 2 decades, to some #ISKP loyalists ... Image
... The WAK Mosque&Kaaj Course attacks, were reportedly examples of this new project.
2. In KPK, the nephew of late Jamil al-Rahman, named Hayatullah, alongside Sheikh Aminullah are busy with the re-establishment of a #Salafist org. similar to Jumat-ul-Dawah ila Quran wal-Sunnah.
If confirmed (true), the above details showing that the #ISKP, either in the current shape or mutated, will gain more strength&momentum against the Taliban in the near future.
I want to still emphasize, that the ISKP group, in short/mid term, will not be a replacement for the TB.

Dozens of students were killed& wounded in an #explosion in #Kaaj educational center in #Shia settled Dasht-e Barchi area, in PD13 of #Kabul City, today.
#Taliban's interior ministry confirmed the attack but didn't provide details about the casualties. #ISKP is the main suspect.
"The suicide attacker killed the security guards in the alley& the gate of the Kaaj educational center and injured 2 officials inside the center, with Small Arms Fire, before detonating his suicide vest in a classrooms where the trial University Entrance Exam was taking place...
...Unfortunately, dozens of students have been injured& martyred. Most of the wounded are girls.
Um ul-Banin Asghari, my sister and the sisters of Ustad Mukhtar Modaber& Tahir Rezaei, the security guard of Kaaj Center, are also among the martyrs," a victim's brother posted on FB.

A #fake twitter account attributed to the #Taliban's Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue & Prevention of Vice wrote:
"After that Sheikh Khalid Hanafi, informed the @UNAMAnews representative about the Ministry's activities, he said: There is need for a similar org. in #Europe."
The same #fake_account with over 14k followers, yesterday under the banner of the #Taliban's ministry of foreign affairs tweeted about removal of #Abas_Stanikzai, from his position as deputy foreign minister. Mentioned fake news was covered by many media outlets.

Similarly, the news about a market for chidren's sell, is a #Fake_News.
#Taliban's spokesman tweeted that the #children in the video are brought for receiving vaccine, not for sale.
Recently, many fake news appear in the Social Media, mainly for propaganda against the TB or NRF.
