#DelhiHighCourt to hear Copyright Suit filed by Zee Media against Journalist @RajatSharmaLive & his news channel @indiatvnews over #AapKiAdalat episode's copyright issue.

The Counsel appearing for #ZeeMedia submitted that they couldn't seek instructions on the issue of withdrawal of the Suit, in light of the affidavit filed by the respondents stating that they are taking down the episodes and the same will not be used in the future.
Justice Jyoti Singh said that you client (ZeeMedia) is trying to act smart, what's the purpose left for continuing the suit when they have filed an affidavit.

The Counsel has sought 10 days time to seek instructions.
