Today, Putin's decree not only introduced martial law in 4 partially Russian-occupied regions of #Ukraine, but also introduces three separate governance and security regimes in #Russia:

1) strengthen the public safety and security;
2) introduce the special mode of operation of objects providing the functioning of transport, communications and communications, and energy infrastructure.

In #Russia, leaked documents shed light on Kremlin's plans to falsify "referenda" in the occupied areas in eastern and southern #Ukraine. The fraudulent "votes" are to be organised by the Russian EC, in blatant violation of international law.

The UN figures say that there are 1,968K Ukrainian refugees in Russia. There are big questions on how these people got to Russia - and also multiple reports of Russia forcibly deporting Ukrainians.
