[1] Germany has announced to deliver 14 MBT Leopard 2A6 + 2 ARV Bergepanzer as part of the Leopard tank coalition

Addendum: Germany will take lead for Leopard 2A6 battalion, Poland for the Leopard 2A4 battalion. Both countries have split the work for this

As for other countries supposedly taking part in the tank coalition, things are not looking as bright as the media told beforehand.

[4] Netherlands MP Rutte has shown openness to take part in the coalition but NL does not own an L2.

16 L2A6 of the mechanized brigade 43 are only leased from 🇩🇪. NL is currently exploring options from financing L2 purchases to offering training

[5] According to Swedish MoD Pal Jonson the delivery of Leopard 2 to Ukraine is a possibility, but only in the future.

No surprise here as Turkey is blocking 🇸🇪 NATO membership and without NATO Sweden most be able to protect itself first

[6] In similar fashion, overexcited tunes are not coming from 🇩🇰.

Danish MoD Jakob Ellemann-Jensen is reluctant to send Leopard to Ukraine for the time being and has pointed to the recent delivery of artillery

Speculations range from 4 to 12 tanks but nothing is confirmed yet.

[10] Finland has signalled early on to support Leopard 2 deliveries to Ukraine.

But the recent sounds coming from the nordic country are less confident: "contribution can only be small".

Addendum to this: Similar to Sweden, the unclarified situation regarding the country's NATO membership certainly contributes to these cautious tunes.

Once Finland joins NATO, Leopard 2deliveries are likely to be more prominent on the table

A positive surprise is coming from Switzerland. The country is apparently looking to redeem it self.

Latest discussions explore the idea to sell their Leopard 2 stocks to European neighbours who in turn could supply their L2 to Ukraine.

Again, nothing is decided yet. But the fact that this discussion is on the table is a positive turn of events few expected. Fingers crossed the Swiss make the right decision.
